TB sold a whole swathes of shares in BRH and then 3 weeks later they tripled in value. He is not as clever as you think. The same goes for PR, well he is broke, so earning £2m is a no brainer for him. He has never seen so much money. Why did GC not come to me for funding. ARGH

If you are worried about your investment, my advice would be to get the **** out of it. It is not worth the risk and stress.

@Alb sorry mate, I just don't want ppl jumping on the share thinking it is going to explode and it crashes. I don't give a **** either way, I earn 2m shares per month so whilst no one wants to lose £50k, I won't even blink if this goes tits up, but others are planning their retirement on this. Just want to be realistic

If PR and BRH have sold the shares cos RMS is thinking of selling P2F to them, they will be prosecuted for insider dealing. End of

@PrivateRyan - I think you have misunderstood the question. If VOlz wants to takeover the company, there is a 5% threshold and a 30% threshold. We get that.

The question is what if RMS sells off P2F as a direct sale. Would the sharholders need to agree to that sale. Why would we need to approve it. I am not an expert, but this is a ****ing good question by Nate. Does that explain why PR and BRH have dumped their shares.

It is one thing buying shares in RMS cos of P2F but that is not the deal. We bought shares in RMS not in P2F.

This is all speculation and we can do nothing until it becomes a FACT.

Whoever is buying the shares may not want to take over the whole company. If it is Volz they will have a deal with RMS plus they will benefit from the sp rise, so a win win for everyone.

I very much doubt any punters are buying into this share right now. I wouldn't and I have a large holding. Until a positive RNS drops I am holding but when it does land, I am unleashing myself on this

You raise a valid point Nate. I am not sure of what the legal position is on RMS shareholders if RMS decide to sell P2F to another company. I very much doubt they will do this as GC owns 18% of RMS. One reason I do not think this is going to happen is because the sp i sbeing held up by all these purchases. Let's not forget, RMS are not making a terrible amount of money so these masks are going to be their big earner.

I get you Nate. I am going to hold on. There is something cooking up here. Who is buying the shares. Why would RMS build a machine without getting orders to support the purchase. Maybe they were happy to be selling 5m per month and now they have more demand so they have had to outsource. There are so many questions. I am also hanging onto to GC's integrity as a reason for holding these shares.
