Awesome point made by author. I would add a word of caution when making comparisons to NYCT. They have 71m shares in circulation, we have 1,509m shares in comparison. Big massive difference.

AND all those shares were hovered up by someone. I love this product and think it is an absolute winner for the next years but wasn't prepared to invest more than the 2m I hold. If I was being cautious I guess 99% of other punters thought the same. If that is true, WHO bought 27m shares this week.

The shares that have been bought up this week have not triggered the 3% threshold or we will find out sometime this week. Remember the buyer has 2 days and RMS has 3 days to RNS

My reading of the document

There are no shares in treasury so RMS did not buy any shares and that would have made sense.

The company is not aware if there is any other 3% owner.

I don't think there is another 20% holding. The difference between GC's 18% and the 20% must be the other director's holdings.

If there is another 3% holding, RMS have not been made aware of.

I think the 20% is in addition to GC's shareholding. Come on experts, let's put our heads together on this

This is as good as an RNS. For sure there will be an RNS on Monday at 7am or I know nothing. This all makes sense now, why the sp was going up at the end of Friday

It can't be another director as they would have said that. But why do they say non public. Do they know who it is. So it's definitely not punters
