Jonathan from Egeremont assures me that the new bod are good people. Just waiting for TB to fcuk off in July but his influence is diminished. If I had known about TB before I invested I would have run a mile. I love the product and I admire GC BUT I am here to make money. Right now, I would be happy with a little profit and be done with this all. There are so many companies you can invest in and make money. My advice for what it is worth is to hold out now, this is a miracle product that is very much needed not just in the UK but worldwide.

You raise a good and valid point burningchrome. I hope the comments have persuaded you to vote against. I along with other posters have been here a long time. The previous bod were at best negligent and amateurish in their dealings, and at worst corrupt and thieves. This is a public forum and I would not want to impugn their characters but imho, they were more on the latter than the former. I have no time for a bod who ramps up the shares and then sells their entire shareholding AND they had given themselves luxury options and warrants. Robin Hood and Nottingham comes to mind.

No one except for the placing shareholders, most of which have sold already. There have been no TR1s so no major shareholder except for GC. And he is voting against the warrants. IMHO the warrants is a mute exercise.

Where do you get this info from Shouston. I am on ADVFM and I do not see the figures for bought and sold

GC made sure this video was released cos the bod are a bunch of twats. They want the warrants to go ahead but they can't hold back the avalanche that is about to be unleashed
