I think shareholders have every right to voice their discontent with the BOD.

Years of false promises, golden futures and jam tomorrow have taken a toll on lths.

A 20% spread on the SP doesn't do much to inspire confidence either.

The only profitable part of QED ( not for shareholders ). is the share dilution.

I first bought these shares in 2012 when there were only 722 million shares in issue.

The Market Cap bears no resemblance to the fundamentals.

I don't understand why the SP is where it is.

Perhaps the institutional investors just haven't recognised AEO yet?

They seem to be in great shape financially and the order book is filling up as they continue to break into new markets.
