I do hold these shares but I am slightly concerned about the level of service which is being offered on P/O and Princess.
We have never had so many complaints from customers in the last six/eight months. Some of these people have cruised with them 20/30 times and they won't set foot on another P/O ship again. Some of the cost cutting is ridiculous and P/O is going to have to address this very quickly.
I hope Carnival listens to its customers as dining and level of service has declined considerably over the last 8 months.
Not at all worried about Cunard as the product is superb and the new Queen Anne is selling incredibly.
