Blubay, if it’s a matter of taking responsibility for taking decisions then I’m very happy with that. But I do not take kindly to being taken as a mug. Aim or not Aim, this industry proclaims to be amongst the best in the world and hence regulated extensively. Trouble is nobody ever seems willing or able to challenge the crooks. As someone with some experience and knowledge of the legal system, including at the Royal Courts of Justice Level, I may, just may make a claim .

The sheer issue in disclosure will itself be quite satisfying.

But just to say, as ever, such decisions cannot be taken lightly and many things need to be considered. But yes, I DO have the means, but the will ? Let’s see. ( might need to consult my mate Rasheed)

Thanks s Sheephatch, personally I’m still ok profit thanks to my averaging and also the thing about investing is to stay on our personal tracks, so I’m actually gonna be still ecstatic once production is underway - if placement successful then only couple months away isnt it.

Well, we still have about 5.8 + 2.4 million barrels of oil @ circa £50 pure profit per barrel ( that’s without all the potential extras) . Not even 12 or 13 bill dhares isn’t too much dilution.

Absence of details at RNS or even potential for a raise - we should t have had to guess and the board should have known it.

But they let SP fall a third, and then raise giving a further 16%. They know bloody well that these 2.5B shares are gonna go mainly to their mates - CRIMINAL .

But because there’s such a large portion of cake left, no one will do anything. Literally a question of alls well that ends well .

GP regards the well, as far as I can see it’s not the costs that has been a worry, more the extra costs caused by the delays albeit unforeseen.

Yes you’re right we don’t know precisely how the oil will flow long term but fir me anyway it’s suffice to say that the RNS stated potential 900 bpd. At that rate, very loose arithmetic I know but that amounts to about £50,000 daily @ for a seven day week. And all this income would be pure profits for our bid to do as they choose including the stated investment for new drilling or developmental or even colouration projects. It could also perhaps contribute towards our dividends - yes hat is what Larry hinted.

A note to traders : most of you lie and usually suffer big losses, it’s a fact. Point number two - bottom fishing is extremely hard and risky.

Short sellers if caught out and without setting the most tightest of stop losses will be completely burnt on any news. Yes, it might take about six weeks but we could easily get an update on production much sooner.

Yes a slight raising of money could potentially be required but only as part of day to day workings of a company. Things like loans are part of daily business as well as life in general.

What I’m clear about is there will be NO PLACEMNT to raise any funds simply because it dilutes shares and would come quickly on tge heels of the previous one. And as indicated, a placement is simply not required .

Sheephatch: The liquidity I referred to in my previous post was referring to my own personal situation ie cash flow/ tied up money. Yes I’m topping up here and there but only small amounts but added to my previous holdings, it all adds up doesn’t it.

I don’t believe a raise will be needed because the RNS now confirms immediate resources of 5.8 MILLION barrels of oil - loose calculations of about £50 profit per barrel equates to about £300M income. So the company will absolutely have no problem dealing with production costs given that amount of projected income esiecialky with a fairly high flow rate. Goodness ne, they could bring up the oil literally using a bucket and some rope “rig less” as they say.

Let’s not forget there are some huge organisations with interests in the company too who I’m sure will be able to help out.

Tge main thing is that we had a fairly comprehensive update from the company outlining its strategy way into the future. There was absolutely no mention of any potential placing and to do so now would’ve made them negligent.

John Bell, when have you ever known a company’s RNS use negative language ? The akways put a positive spin using words like “challenging” instead of profit warning.

The thing about our RNS is that it was genuinely positive. The delay in production according to people with experience wasn’t a complete surprise and neither was it a significant factor - what’s a few weeks when many are invested here for a medium to long term.

It’s our public relations department that could have handled things better.

But at least we will always have our headlines from the RNS to hang on to

What people would be sad used to do is not be obsessed with minor issues and fluctuations to concentrate on the bigger picture :- OUL COMES INTO PRUDUCTION BY NOVEMBER 2023 - not 2024 or 2025, but actually 2023 !

Almost instantly this will cause a shoot up sky high of the sp.
