Seeing the revenues coming in from even the 250 bpd should absolutely see this SP from the massaged low price of 15.5p it is today. We’re talking just a couple months.

The only thing that can stop us is if the Beacon company management stage another mess up.

I am pleased about the new UJO holdings in BCE, many good reasons for that. Their confidence in the company and also they have not bought on the placing fir a quick buck.

But clearly they have bought in on the cheap here thanks to fat Larry. Why pay 27p when you can buy a load at 15p. Mind you, they have hinted they’re prepared to buy more !

There will still be some who bought at 0.15 wanting to take profit and it’s a fairly good bag for them let them all be done and we will see a more significant move up now.

The way I look at it Casper is that Larry and his mates have manipulatively, fraudently and practically criminally allowed their “mates” to get into this project at a hugely discounted sp. Diluted the sharers by some 26% in the process which means all of us will have a significantly reduced size of the cake to enjoy.

But on the plus side, at least we should still have a very large cake (some 8.2 billion barrels oil worth just in erdelden).

If there is a silver cloud lining then it is that Larry’s mates now will also be in rooting with us for production.

In real terms this may mean Larry getting off his fat asre and coming in front of the camera as well as getting his other mates to start flogging our company on tge exchange.

Possibly all helped by some smallest of catalysts

My head says this potentially could go even a bit more lower towards 0.15 but tbh I’m much much more interested in the exit price which early target is at least double from here in just couple of months

Grey Panther : I do differ with you in this occasion in terms of chances of success in a legal claim. The legal world is also a whole new ball game of itself and befire ultimate fail or success is determined there are so many other steps to go through.

My claim ( without going to much into it here) will be fairly simple and my r idem e will be self evident.

The thing is, a legal claim in its process can take out a lot of the guesswork as we can ask for disclosure/ not just what the applicant desires but also what the defence MUST provide ( or chance a much greater legal penalty)

The thing is that most people are unable to instigate proceedings for a number of reasons - for me personally it would be more about finding time and mental space hence I will think hard first.

But I kinda feel excited about putting Beacon on notice that they mustn’t take liberties with investors.

Normally I’d be very very keen on new wells but the way the company has behaved, I’d fully expect them to shaft us little investirs with even more fundraisers and placements. They will find excuses to do so don’t worry hence my plans to make them legally account. Our stake has been diluted by about a quarter, completely out if the blue as you say .

Fao the chap talking consolidation : I’d be against that for now - UNLESS any takeover is for ridiculous money. But us taking over any smaller units, I’m ok but not until we’ve earned enough money first.

I’m fully with you Ralladw regards your sentiment towards Beacon management. They seem to have really fixed things for their mates to get in cheap at our expense.

Being brutally honest I’m not entirely convinced by the stories they put out as evidently they are not true. And our Larry makes some right howlers with his presentations. I can’t be the only one things are sometimes concocted not to mention insider dealing.

This is why I’m still considering a Form N1 - legal claim .

It’s not something I’d advise others to do - and not everyone are able to do so fir a number of reasons.

But I am warming to the idea of getting various disclosures off them.

Yes some fortunate to get some may be eager for a spot of profit taking but most will not, especially tge institutional ones. Frankly this was a favour given to them to get in at this ridiculous cheap price.

My advice would be the same as Warren buffet for this company - buy and hold.

Set your own targets, but do set them.

Mine are 0.35p, 0.76p and 0.95p

Whitrnight: much happier because tge rosdblicks towards my initial targets have been removed- costs if pumping up the oil. Hey fella, don’t forget we have about 8.2 million barrels of oil just in Erfelden. That a cool £50 pure profit per barrel.

And our market cap is a ridiculous £20 mill so a huge re rating to follow once oil progresses.

Mind you, I wouldn’t put anything oast this board in terms of drama.

Much happier than I was last night and I think there’s little danger of 0.11 or even 0.15. But the truck was fir the “ big boys” to already drown sp by about 50% with the RNS and then add some more falls with the placement.

All it does it to allow friends and mates in the City to look after themselves.

As far as myself and other long term holders are concerned, NOTHING has really changed prospects wise. People have weird valuations but whichever you use, this SP is destined to be ATH this year and most certainly a lot lot higher once oil starts pumping out.

It just leaves a foul taste though how ordinary investirs here have been manipulated - I may still complete an application to take legal action for a long list including potential misleading information and outright insider dealings. Within tge disclosure process an awful lot more could be discovered. The company will be obliged to provide me everything unless they seek to contempt the court. Hell, even criminal issues can come into it.

Be weary of short sellers - nowt wrong with short selling except they tend to hide under the stones most of the time and occasionally come out with weird claims about their positions. As them if they’ve opened any short positions and they go quiet

People able to buy in T this raise will have done well albeit reduced prospects of them making immediate big gains.

A fair amount regards tge RNS profit warning may have been built into the already sharp decline in SP.

Yes tge large institutions will benefit most but as long as we get to a potential mid cap status, I’m gonna be still happy with my relatively small stake. Only a few million shares but I’m happy it will help pay my mortgage off
