Why would tim baldwin buy £50.000 worth of shares through his sipp.Please explaiin? .why bother if the company was going down the pan?

Those were my opinions.fully realised the risks as have others who are holding Txo.. stock.You on the other hand seem to have a downer on the company .The price of the stock matches the risk.on good news it will rerate.

Aim has to be to keep the company listed. Now 100% certain of that. Good times ahead I believe

A company can sometimes turnaround after delisting and can then become a takeover target and the benefits. can be good as you still own shares in the company.it like having a sipp as reward can come at a short timescale or longer term

Company.I am in one now a miner.which I have a decent stake in and fully expect an offer soon for my shares after 2 years of going private and hope to make a decent return.

Why hold £50 grand each in shares in them if any inkling the company was going to the wall.That was the main reason. I bought.in here?

Is not gameover.even companies that have delisted have given me a ex profit in the past eg Bns telecom which were bought out by daisy group giving a five fold profit after delisting
