Fsw… most of the time it’s due to hl not just updating, if you put a sell quote in chances are they will offer you the correct price, one tip when changing, take a few of the stocks your going to be trading and compare the spreads because although some don’t charge for dealing the spreads can be a lot higher and if putting big money on it may end up costing you more than just paying a dealing charge

Grannone if you did invest more a couple of days ago you need to work on your entry’s and not just at Willy nilly times the sp is no mans land wait for dips/ oversold rsi on daily/ etc and maybe u might not be so miserable

Just been an interesting piece on Bloomberg I will share when I find it

The whole markets taking a beating, small caps and growth even more so
I suspect Inflation, sentiment, c19 cases picking up again are all playing a part not mention the 2nd year after a crash historically is normally pretty slow/flat maybe thats something to do with it also
Example- my tech fund was up 75% last year
This year just 3% up

We where never going to see the gains we seen last year but things will pick up again eventually

We’ve broke to the downside whether you want to believe it or not,
Bias helps no-one realism is what we want
We slightly broke the pennant to upside
it didn’t hold
When it has false breakout up it usually falls all the way through
Wich is what’s it’s done
Personally I see low 40’s maybe even high 30’s as it’s bottom
Scenario 1, it’s a flush/bear trap and will shoot the other way after triggering stop losses making ppl sell etc

Scenario 2. We drift down towards its bottom while waiting for news to reverse the trend (highly likely now IMO)

Oversold on the daily is usually a belting price for entry, it bounced good like you’d expect 5/6% up but didn’t hold finished only 1.8% up that told me it was prob going to fall further, like I said I think this could last a few more weeks yet, we will have the occasional up day but expect the overall trend to be down… just my opinion

And sorry if I have upset any snowflakes ;)

Should get a better idea of where the s.p is headed.
Be interesting to see if we can make it back into the bullish pennant
If it touches resistance (the old support) and comes back down we could be in for some short term pain

We’ve been down trending the last two weeks
It could well go on for another 2 IMO before this reaches its bottom

I get this will be unpopular because everyone wants the s.p to rise including me but you have to be realistic it’s not all sunshine and rainbows

I won’t be trading tho as I see it too risky news could land anytime and send this
But if it falls low enough I’ll be topping u for sure

I kinda agree with Kev, cpi, inflation and just sector sentiment, Bloomberg said yesterday the biggest fallers will be energy, especially overvalued companies, with not much income at present I think we fit into that bracket,

It’s rsi is oversold on the daily normally a good entry point but I think they might walk this down to oversold on the weekly rsi
I wouldn’t be surprised if it fell to 40pish at some point so will keep some dry powder and pray that it does ha, I’m invsted, I’m bullish but let’s be real inflation, and markets at all time tells me a bigger correction will mort than likely come at somepoint this year before we carry on are bull run

I do, I’m not expecting it so soon but say another 5-10years down the line I don’t see how we won’t be, even if they only deliver on half the most recent report id still expect a good few years of growth here. 50+ enquiries already, granted we need them to develop into sales but things are Just getting started here IMO hopefully it will be like that for many years to come,
