Sure thing. An ADR is an American depositary receipt. It allows US investors to purchase shares in a foreign company (in this case Petro Matad) on a US exchange in USD. It automatically calculates exchange rate so you have an approximate price translated to purchase/sell. While PRTDF doesn't do anywhere near the volume that MATD does, there is certainly some interest in the states. Best of luck to you.
