i think the key there is the bit "and any deal will have to recognise the risks that remain"
any JV will reflect the risks and those risks get less with a PFS/BFS and the deal for us gets better.
The real problem is that we have no idea if a JV is likely ,acceptable to management or even an option or being discussed. The only certainty is the that cash is still being consumed at a rate and there are limited funds so time is running out.

The same people were pleasant enough to you when you held here so why come back and call them sado's ?

So it needs cash, a new project and a new management ? At what point them does it become a completely different company and if thats what's needed there are thousands of completely different companies out there already..

If the company does its usual trick and values itself at about 30% discount to the SP in a placing , 11p will be a million miles away. As for funding the full BFS, the last i heard that wasnt even on the todo list.

If WH Ireland think this is worth 11.7p lets see them get a placing away at even 25% of that :-)

Agree they will need money but further dilution will simply be a 3 month stay of execution, it will not raise effective "Working " capital.

that would be 800k raised with 50% dilution less costs so maybe £500k of actual useful money. On recent form that would be about 3 months cash flow. .. the talk of another project has been hugely damaging. it didnt need to be put out there while it was just speculation, If they have a financed business plan thats another mater but as it is, its cast doubt on the future of Toral, the PHS/BFS and any expectation of Toral proceeding as planned.
I cant believe the situation has been so badly managed to a point where a 50% dilution will barely last 3 months or just about pay the wages and rent. For that reason I still hold on because no one would drive a company down like this unless there were working to a plan with an unexpected ( to the shareholders) goal.

I think the valuation allowing for the last dilution was 22p shed, still double todays valuation

What it does show is valuations are a complete waste of time as anything that was used to come up with the last valuation was probably even more compelling at the time of this present valuation.

This has consistently been de valued as its progressed :-) in fact now its the lowest its ever been and still dropping.
Its now .006 of a penny in old money :-) basically its worthless other than the minimal amount needed to stay listed and the possible value of its ground work to others.

If a deal doesnt rest on these imminent results where do you see funding coming from Shed ?

If you knew something that others dont as claimed by 99.9% of tipsters you would buy, keep quite and cash in after the event . all tipsters would be broadcasting from their private beaches in the Caribbean. Truth is one of the biggest is a failed pizza shop owner who makes his money out of the poor suckers that pay him a sub in the hope of getting rich much like they do with the lottery. :-) A better and more up to date name for these people would be influencers.

Accumulation will start (including mine) when we know they are financed beyond the next 10 weeks. How many times have we been waiting for important news just to be diluted the week before.

As i understand it the dwindling Zinc stocks are as a result of smelting costs and smelting capacity.
I have not seen any reference to zinc ore shortages ?

Is it possible he has the drill results but as already mentioned he is waiting for "one other item" to give us a full picture as he said in Grappa's post below.
Its likely that the drill on its own might be pretty meaningless to most investors and needs to be seen in context with other results so we have a full picture ?
