Not much to write home about. 150% increase in resource. Cash at bank was 650k at 30th june with additional 350k raised in July. So market value is fairly reflected by cash. Cash burn is 350k a year. Bird in the oven at the moment!!!

there is some good news to cause a cheerful AGM. after all criticism of the BOD is fully justified and they have to face the disgruntled shareholders. this company is still the cheapest entry to HH . No limits and the gang have been spreading venom with deliberate distorted overhead numbers . I say better late than never and lets see this baby above 1p . sick of wait.

There is not shocking cash burn. Your statement/comment is untrue. However, what you say about DL/DS is spot on. Either way there is cash at bank, advance payments made and we should be ok for EWT. I am certain the BOD will use any opportunity to dilute us further once the price raises its ugly head again. Every original shareholder is in a prison until HH comes through. Meanwhile money can be made at these levels if you are an investor and not a speculator. Its the cheapest entry to HH.

should be writing to the auditors about the loans and seek explanations why these loans should not be considered to be ultra vires. Why advance payments have been made to HH? Is that for DOR? This auditor seems to be acting for most of DL and crew companies and these accounts do not comply with the regulations. better and further particulars must be provided about loans made by STG. explain why loans were made and were they made on normal commercial terms or just dished out between companies withouit any economic benefit to STG and significant risk to STG.

Communication is 0 by the new BOD as they know that previous BOD messed up big time. Money advanced to HH is an asset and will be used to pay future bills. Money to GMOW should have been clawed back and GMOW taken over for a song. However , it seems that friendly (DL & DS) are out to feed some money for gold development as per previous RNS and there is a good chance that gold is progressing as per previous guidance. No news on that front as BOD may fear heavy criticism from shareholders for backing DL and DS on very friendly terms. Thats all speculation. What is certain is that HH is real and coming into play now. So its time to accumulate and sit back IMHO rather than crying over spilled milk.

without doubt Dl and his crew are the P & D team.However, there is a discovery at HH which is proven and STG has cash to continue to hold and contribute towards it share off HH development. No Limits posts are best described as obsessive verbal diarrhea which has gone way past its sell by date. Many here,including me, criticize the BOD for lack of transparency and dodgy dealings in respect of loans and investments but the best way to deal with it make a complaint to the police or regulators for investigation to take place. I recommend start with the auditors who have been signing off those accounts.
