part 2. Proses proposes it will design and construct a SISP (circa. 100,000-300,000 tonnes feed per year) either in Turkey or in Iran subject to securing the necessary funding. Zinc oxide projects, especially in the Hakkari and Kayseri regions of Turkey and in Iran, are a particular focus but copper projects are also of interest. Any such SISP would be built and operated with material input from Alexander and would be an excellent demonstration of the commercial value of MetaLeach Technology. Proses has advised that it will investigate a possible SISP at the world class Mehdiabad zinc (lead and silver) project in Iran where it has a role in development planning. Mehdiabad, is a mixed oxide/sulphide deposit (split circa 40%/60% respectively), with some sulphide sections containing zinc carbonates in the host. It is potentially one of the world's largest zinc mines, which the state-owned Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organisation (IMIDRO) expects to go on stream in the next four years. In March 2017 IMIDRO said it had signed a deal with a consortium of six private companies, led by Iran's Mobin Mining and Construction Company for the project's development. Mehdiabad has 154Mt of proven reserves, according to IMIDRO, with an exploration target of 700Mt. In summary, that plant will be processing and recovering some 100k tonnes of zinc worth $3500 per tonne today worth $350 million and rising . you can work out our annual share from there worth around 10.5 million USD annually for us. that should generate a value of 100 million plus worth about 50 times from here. I do not think there has been any leak. The Turkish/Middle East plant news is a huge endorsement and the first commercial deployment of company tech. AXM is dealing with a well established partner/associate (established since 1997) and that part of the world is not short of a few bob or two. oil dollars will fund the plant. ARE WE NOT WATING FOR COMMERCIAL DEPLOYMENT OF AXM TECH? I think we have all missed the essence of the RNS as we have too much focus on revenues immediately. The real AXM deal to release billion plus valuation will be similar. Plants worth 100 million dollars will be built using AXM tech by major mining companies to process minerals etc with the objective of increase production, lower extraction costs and environmentally friendly bonus. This is what AXM is all about and seeking. And major companies will adopt tech ONLY if it works as stated on the tin. It may be the case (Speculation on my part) that Accudo work (data room etc) has proven the label on the AXM TIN and that has caused traction in AXM tech adoption where Turkey/Middle East is the first to sign up. And there is a promise of many more similar deals. And accudo, where we all have are focus on, is also moving forward. IMHO, Accudo deal is comparatively much smaller and has already yielded a successful PHASE 3 Trial result for AXM tech and we have the first ever commercial adoption of our DRUG. And we have all missed the significance of that RNS. And Accudo project ,too is moving forward. Equally importantly, the business update of December 2017 has all projects listed and subsequent updates are all positive and reveal rapid progress. IMHO ,what we are witnessing is new blood realising the significance of progress and that is what is triggering the recent buys. I also think Zambia will be also yield a positive result soon. Everyone should read the December update and measure the progress. This company is about licencing its tech for better production and environmentally friendly processes in exchange for royalties. This is now happening and the SP should be around 5p now but it Is not there as we have all missed the significance because we keep looking out for 1.25 million UD from Accudo. The Middle East deal is 50 times bigger than that and in an area where there is huge amount of surplus oil dollars doing nothing and seeking such projects. More importantly , the partner is well established and experienced . and while it may be subject to funding , funding is very easy in that part of the world.Proses (https://www.proseseng.com) was established in Turkey in 1997. The main objective of the founders of the company was to provide the Turkish market with engineering and consulting services, especially in the base metals and precious metals production sector. In addition to Turkey, Proses has been active in various base metals and precious metals sector projects in Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia. I will speculate we will be rewarded soon.

I re read the Business update RNS of December last year. It is quite informative and encouraging that the company is achieving various milestones stated on the update. We keep joking about biscuit dunking etc but the reality is that the company is firing at full cylinders . I think the deal in Turkey/Middle East is huge. Something may happen in Zambia as well quite soon as per update. And an update is due on Accudo. Spring is approaching.

buys exceed sells and this has been marked down. must be large sell not reported yet. investors are sceptical as no tangible revenues in sight. everything subject to funding with no time lines. and the company claims it is "Alexander Mining is an AIM listed mining and mineral processing technology company with a reputation for strong technical management, allied with financial markets expertise and experience. The Company�s activities are directed towards the objective of becoming a highly profitable and diversified mining technology company." Emphasis on financial markets expertise!! Is that how to fleece shareholders or getting funds in. Where are the funds in Accudo with all that data room and expertise etc? Investors should be sceptical

the speed they are going there will another 10 billion shares in issue. This tech has been out there for sometime and BOD should accept full responsibility for complete absence of its worldwide adoption. Either the claims about the tech ARE GROSSLY EXGGERATED (very possible on AIM market) OR the BOD is simply incompetent. Our bad luck would be is that both options come true!!! While the final results of BFS/DFS may be some months away from Accudo, the news about the funding should be close if not imminent. Accudo has opened data room to major miners and they themselves come from a banking back ground. Experts of the industry do not need months to process data room to decide basic funding for acquisitions. It is quite a rapid decision. My guess is that Accudo funding news must be very close and the BOD will be vindicated. The longer it takes the less the credibility of the BOD.

It is about time Accudo confirm progress on financing considering they are bankers etc. It should be imminent!! Its the stringing along by the BOD that does not inspire confidence. With the exception of one venture, all projects do not seem to have any timeline and subject to funding. Why does not the BOD seek proof of funds before entering into agreements. Regrettably the biscuit dunking has caused diabetes in the BOD and they keep seeing the sweetness rather than the bitter truth. GENERATE CASH REVENUES RODNEYS of the BOD.

Things must be getting HOT up there. In December 2017 Accudo stated To support the DFS, Accudo has selected the members of the feasibility study team, which includes hydrometallurgical and engineering, geology and mining, environmental, legal and corporate and financial advisors. In addition, significant size bulk samples of approximately 20 tonnes of ore and about 140 kg of quartered diamond drilling core have been sourced and transported to Perth, Western Australia for appropriate metallurgical and mineral processing test work. Accudo has advised the Company that it is sufficiently encouraged by the technical work undertaken to date and its preliminary economic model, that it is currently seeking expressions of interest from strategic, industry and/or financial investors for funding to effect the acquisition of the Project assets. Its earlier intention was to decide on whether to acquire the Project once the DFS was completed. In the interim, the DFS work has been put on hold pending this further funding for the acquisition of the Project, completion of the DFS work and, if favourable, the commitment to complete a BFS.

The fact is that BOD have spun a few yarns which keep spinning. the latest is for a plant being actually being built requiring above 50 million USD using AXM tech SUBJECT TO FUNDING. This is a MAJOR MILESTONE if funding is secured. Accudo is also now subject to funding as well. Considering Accudo is run by bankers etc and many leading miners expressed an interest the funding must be close. Its time money starts flowing instead of only tea and biscuits.

the funding is required by the tech user and NOT AXM. Axm just gets royalties. Processing plant being built will cost around 60-80 million USD . This is first tangible evidence that our tech works and its being commercially deployed. I expect 5p pence this year at the least.
