Brilliant, thanks, can’t see any posts now as 90% of them are filtered!
How do you filter people?
Lol, I spelt hoping with a g though at the end so no infringement there! Up nearly 15% already, here we go again.
Here’s hoping we do another 100% again today/tomorrow, good sign that we’re blue after the shenanigans over the last couple of days!
In OMI too and a similar thing happened, it shot up to around 12p when Newmont got in board and then dropped back down to pretty much the price they paid for shares. Another one that will go far higher over the coming months.
Still looks to me like more buys than sells and yet we see a drop, obvious what’s happening. Given the number of buys at this level, several of which are over £10k then confidence is still very high and so it should be. Even the buying that was happening at far higher prices was strong. It will head back up as quickly as it dropped but the next time it should go far higher if they let it go.
Look at all the buys coming through now they’ve freed up stock and look at it rising again, I’d be surprised if this isn’t over 50 again by close and then big rise again tomorrow. That RNS is huge whatever way you look at it.
They’ll be a big buyer in the background probably, watch this suddenly go back up and ignore the doom mongers!
They had to take fairly drastic action as they’re so short of shares, this will rise again as quick as it’s dropped.
I may actually take some profit when it hits a pound later today or tomorrow, don’t want to get too greedy...
Pounds value is not unrealistic with that news, not sure of how many pounds though but this is worth multiples now of what it is.
Great news, so happy to have bought in at 20 now!
Indeed, some good buys popped up though, seems to have consolidated well around 35. Potential for a large jump again today or tomorrow I think.
Blimey Webbs chin up matey, stop looking at the sp every day if it depresses you so much lol. Easier said than done I know but just don’t worry about it, be very surprised if we’re sitting at this price in a month’s time.
I think the response on tsx will give a realistic guideline on what we can expect tomorrow. I would guess though people will be scrambling to buy tomorrow especially once the ggp hype finishes and the dump starts...
No problem, I’ve pasted the bit before that below that too, I did post it a while back but not sure how many people saw. Keep in mind that it was written in October:-
For starters, thank you for your support for the Company and our Anza Project, we are excited about its future and delighted to have a partner such as Newmont involved on such great terms.
Your comments fall on empathetic ears; we would like nothing more than to update the market with great news, however we are in the planning and scheduling phase of work with a new partner, in Newmont, which does not move
with any great sense of urgency. At the same time, we are hard at work trying to ensure that the wind down in Uruguay is dealt with smoothly and responsibly for our shareholders, employees and the local community.
No problem, we all want to make money and I understand the frustration with no news flow but there is no comparison to OMI and others I won’t mention who just pump news out of no real significance often creating a pump and dump scenario.
Webbs, an extract from an e-mail I received below from Ryan Cohen VP Corporate Development back in October, there is no delay:-
I assure you we are putting in the hard yards and trying to put in place the keys to a successful exploration programme and stock price reaction in Colombia. These things do, however; take time, and rushing to the market to say nothing of any consequence is not something we will be doing.
As for next milestones/catalysts for you to watch out for, we are working to prepare a 43-101 resource report on the Anza project at present, which we anticipate being ready to publish early in 2019.
Baxter, without knowing if you’re an investor or not I can only comment on my position and that is to say that I bought in at a little shy of its highest point and currently sitting on a sizeable paper loss. I would consider myself a more experienced investor in these types of companies. I did not anticipate the sudden drop back down to the price it is at now. Many investors may have done the same, jumped on board when the hype educated them about the company. I did plenty of research before investing a large sum of money and have had the opportunity to cut my losses at many a point. However if you believe in a company and have done your research then there is no reason to panic sell if it goes under 5p, I certainly won’t be selling until it’s far higher and I don’t think I’ll have to wait that long either. You say be careful but there’s more risk in my opinion not investing in this company at these prices.
That was definitely an interesting price movement.
