Anyone got any ideas whats happening here?
Oh dear.....
I think we are getting a bit of a flush here with the weaker hands selling.
I can’t believe that any serious investors intend to sell at these levels.
Perhaps the buyers are looking for 2500p before piling in!
Who on earth is selling at these levels?! Surely it’s utter madness!
At this level you should be snapping up this baby like there is no tomorrow....!
What a great shout!! I just ordered one!! :) :)
Not good that they haven’t issued a trading update. This breaks the trend for at least the last two years.
If there was ever a time to reassure the market it’s now so seems odd. I can only assume there is no good news to report at this stage, which doesn’t fill me with too much hope. I can’t see any recovery now until January as what would be the catalyst? Without any reassurance I can only see this treading water or perhaps drifting lower until then.
Anyone know if they normally announce it in advance or just release it on the day?
Unless you have a crystal ball to determine when the price is going to fall further, I can't believe that the strategy of selling shares when they fall in the hope of buying them back cheaper is a winning strategy. I may be wrong but I don't believe the most successful investor of all time (Warren Buffett) has ever adopted this strategy.
You either believe the shares are worth buying or not. Anything else is simply gambling, in the short term prices can go anywhere due to any number of reasons, and often completely unrelated to the fundamentals of the company.
There are no short cuts in the world of investing. Sure you can get lucky, but if you want to consistently make money over time you need to take a longer term view.
Anyway, I am in it for the long term. Sure when the price falls substantially I take note and re-assess why I bought the shares in the first place. If my opinion of the future prospects has not changed I'll hold or buy more. I would certainly never base my opinion of a company purely on swings in its share price alone.
Some large but very foolish sells coming in at the end of the day!!
Looks like its dropping into the close as traders lock in profits before the weekend.
Big mistake......next week gonna breach £30 and then expect a trading update soon after!
Considering the FTSE 100 is down almost 2% at this point, the share is holding up nicely. I think this is a nice indication of what could happen when the markets finally start to recover more broadly.

Good to see vote of confidence from Director and he paid over 10% more than the closing price yesterday!!!
I'm holding all my shares indefinitely. This company is quality.
Here's an idea, soothe the nerves with a nice G&T with Fevertree tonic. Best enjoyed whilst holding Fevertree shares (even when they are falling)! ;)
I am also a long term holder since about two years ago, and have been buying more all the way down from around 3500p. I have substantially increased my position today again!!
£30k is nothing that's around 1,000 shares. I believe average volume is around 650k and we are around 780k with just over an hour of trading left. Seems low for a 10% move in the stock.
Question is why aren't the institutional investors buying up the discounted shares being sold by PI??
@ ishanrajaram....are you not buying more?
Still buying haha!!
I might consider £50 per share..... :)
