PG once mentioned that his biggest fear was an early take out once information was known. I assumed that meant that Morocco might want a major to take over. In the UK we have a neutral civil service that operates to rules and processes, and I am reminded that is not the case in every country around the world. Maybe PG was warning of pressure from a different angle, as others have alluded to previously. When you consider that possibility, the sharing of lots of technical data in presentations starts to make more sense.

Was just thinking, at what point is PRD the most vulnerable? After it has spent money on exploration, but before either definitive results or funding are secure. Ireland - still awaiting successor licence. T&T - first revenues on the horizon, but not yet. Morocco - exploration done, but awaiting Mou flow test and Jurassic data. If you were to strike for PRD, this is the window to do it in. Once any of the three projects starts delivering, it becomes harder as PG's hand gets stronger.

It can't be a lack of money, there is plenty. If PG has been misleading, then any options e.g. at 8p would be worthless. He says he still holds shares, and I recall he was granted plenty. If he was unfairly dismissed, there are routes for that to be challenged. So is it possible Lonny feels like he will be missing out on a payday? Or is Lonny now hard up for cash and desperate? All very odd.

Yes, too specialist for me too, but appears to be a proof of the CIZ1 concept. Seems we had a part in it.

TXP is undervalued, and most of the production is gas, which is less valuable. TXP also doesn't have Ireland or Morocco.
