Based on wireline logging and drilling data, we are configuring the next two uphole primary production test intervals to evaluate liquids rich natural gas prospects, with flowback and full buildup analysis planned for each zone. We are currently preparing to perforate the second test interval in the overthrust sheet of the Herrera Formation, with a 270-foot gross interval (145 feet of net pay) targeting the Gr7bc sands. The third test is designed to evaluate an 84-foot interval (62 feet of net pay) at the top of the Gr7a Herrera sands. The second test is expected to be completed within the next three weeks, and we anticipate the third and final test to be completed by the end of December 2021.

All I want for Christmas is....successful test results. End Nov, end Dec key dates. Hang to hats folks. Any shorts still open?!

Hi Trek. My basic understanding is gas is lighter, so is at the top of the pool. This test is at the bottom of the pipe, so it is in the oil.

So, the piping is not designed for oil, but peak flow of the first test of three, was equal to a third of the existing company production. And the resource pool is huge. Looking forward to the next two results!

My preferences in order are partial sale, complete sale with royalty payments, complete sale, hold to drill. But it depends what offers are the table.

Looking at the execution prices, I would say the transactions at around 0.70 are sells, and those around 0.74-0.75 are buys.

Just a reminder on target Cascadura numbers. 200mcfd is 20x Coho or $120m per year. 5,000 barrels per day of condensate @$20 is another $36m. $150m = >£100m. A p/e of 10 equals a billion pound company. Coho and the western oil covers the costs. Then there is Royston and all the other targets...

The waiting is almost over. In under a month, we should have Royston results. In the next two, results of the 4 new western legacy oil wells. In three, Coho on line. Significant increased production revenue and resources.

I think 'achieve value for shareholders SOONER' would be appropriate. Once Ruvuma is up and running, we could develop Nyuni ourselves (can't afford it at the moment), but that could be 5years away. If we farm out, we hope to see progress quicker.
