I think between PG and this board we have a significant minority of shares. It would have to be a very good offer to succeed. My fear is a technical problem with the Mou2 drill / well. Seen it with TXP and He1, and the market is not understanding or patient. Especially if it means another raise. Having bought more after Mou1, if this goes back to 15 -20p predrill, the risk (for me) will be quite large, so I may derisk at that point.

I see the development costs to get to production are much reduced. 25% would net $15m plus per annum. Worth a couple of million to drill?

Could TPDC be looking for bond buyers rather than partners? Put up capital in return for coupon or percentage of transit fees?

Er, has anyone found any actual results for SCIR, not EAG, in these interims? I can only see a cash position, but it is early.

It's not the cost, it's whether anyone will give an offer at the moment, as they don't know what level to price it at. This will resolve in time as things settle down.

I would imagine the business case for the Anchois capex has taken a hit with the rise in global interest rates. Anyone that needs to borrow money, will now find it harder.

Gas sales timing - not discussing this as not impacting commercialisation timings yet. As long as agreements are in place before the CNG plant produces, it is fine.

I know BD, but without seeing the legal advice it is difficult to know what angle they are taking. They could have a pet solicitor prepared to tell them that shareholders previously agreed to Prolific Basins, so this is 'pre-approved'. Although the counter to that would be the 'existing security ' wording.

I suspect a technicality along the lines of 'this is not a new agreement, but executing existing, therefore doesn't breach the vote'.

No value in analysing RNS and CPR data? No value in exploring impact of changes in market prices and exchange rates?

MC was right at the time...it is just the outcome numbers have got bigger since.
Even if you take the CPR NPV, change the % from 25% to 75%, you get a very healthy uplift on the current mcap.

From memory the loan was recorded in their accounts as a liability, so difficult to deny it's existence.

I would disagree MRC. With no production revenue and a tiny mcap, we cannot AFFORD a full time BOD. However, as an investment company which outsources everything, I don't think we NEED a full time BOD either. We seem to have the worst of both worlds - 5 board members which costs and limited output.

I don't mind him being part time. It is actually appropriate for a micro company with a mcap of only £1m. It's the fact it cost us close to quarter of a mil in 2021.
