Buy bey for £1 including tax rechargeable expenses for the agreement that bey get their expense percentage back out of the award if and when the court case is awarded to logp.

Bearing in mind that Logp originally spent the money before bey were involved (logp were around 60p per share then) and Bey took over the recoverables from that well as part of the deal. It is only the incompetence of bey that put logp where it is now.

It is shameless that the BoD think they can pay themselves that much whilst the company they are overseeing retreats in value under their watch.

Diversify the business and have a revenue stream from another country/region/continent instead of dishing the cash out in dividends. Put it to better use.
Not that the current management are capable of doing that, they are too busy with their snouts in the trough and bowing to their masters.

These endemic revenue problems will never change due to the way the people overseeing the contracts think, even when Somo takes over, it is inherent in the region.

Is see this as Baghdad using their leverage from the court case to enforce some more points into the law. I think we will see an oil and gas law finally signed once the exports start flowing again.

The BoD don't appear to be doing ANYTHING to mitigate a possible car crash if the payments stop.
It is a volatile part of the world and the way things are in the world right now, it will get worse. The BoD have a duty to protect the interests of the company and if they are not capable or willing to do that then they need to get out and get someone else in who will.
