Computershare answered your questions for you to gain access to the AGM feed but GKP have ignored your actual questions to the company?

GKP never answer anyone at the best of times let alone for an AGM where they might have to do some work.
There will only be 2 attendees at the meeting anyway, it wont take them long to ignore all shareholders and pass the resolutions by their own behalf as you have to give the chairman your permission to vote on your behalf.

The vote is a foregone conclusion and I would be VERY surprised to hear more than a handful of pre-prepared questions along the lines of how many safety awards have been awarded and the likes

You clearly think something else is going on. Do tell what they are going to do with shares that can only be given out as awards options or be cancelled (bear in mind that they have not cancelled a single share)

none are cancelled but yet they want to buy more and to remove notice of awards to normal shareholders, it is there in the LTIP award schedule that they want to change in their favour even though not a single one of the current BoD were in the company when that one was released.
They failed to keep the MCAP over their own target of $300M as was specified at the wipeout which nullified the VCP. Since then the MCAP has fallen more to where it is now so now they are changing things to get their pound of flesh that they seem to think they deserve.
