LTIP-related share purchase14 Jan 2020 05:36
Hello all.
Burfors's Managemet inted to buy (I think it's done, couls someone onfirm, please?) up to 410,000 shares, with up to £4 million, (its an maximun price £9.756 ) it's because they are confident the SP is undervaluated.
IMO, I alwais thought that the company buying its own shares when are undervaluated its a good managemet and beter way to rewards the shareholders than increase dividents
Honestrly, i am not 100% happy because the will be used for use in satisfying any vested share awards, thats means they got company's money to put company's shares on their own pockets, but it's not to bad as this aligned management and shareholders interest, and it proves the managemet believe in company's future.
I will be happy to read diferent opinions.
But it could take some time to the market to put money inthis company again, patience will be requiered, the AGM could be a a good news.
