Clearly yesterday’s warrants RNS has explained this weeks pull back. Surely I cannot be the only one who thinks our current market cap of 12 million quid is too low???

I agree Mr Market maker that the latest warrants have been pretty much cleared over the last few days

I am talking about the 31st July RNS when vela came back online. 4.1 billion share placing and 4.1 billion warrants at 0.06p. My apologies if I have missed those already being sold

Are we sure the warrants are cleared. Didn’t they issue 4 billion warrants with the 4 billion placing shares???

I checked the buys at the time
Yesterday. At 11.16 the buys were 0.106p hence why I said buy

That’s 23 million trade from yesterday at 11.16 was a buy

Only about a 3% dilution in real terms and £202k to the company who clearly plan on investing it so expect news on that front soon. I agree they have been forward sold as I mentioned earlier there seemed to be a block seller around for last few days and have no doubt these warrants have been sold. Certainly explains the recent pullback from 0.12p. Don’t forget a week or so ago there was a large buyers happy to pay 0.135p for hundreds of millions of shares

I think there is still a bit left of the placing stock. Can’t be many of those left in my opinion

May be a few traders selling out to trade iqai for instance. With the assets we now have and recent placing all buy sold on and no debt the price looks very attractive at these levels

This is well undervalued thanks to the sellers of last couple of days managed to buy another 2.2 million for 0.103p. Just sit in hands and wait for for inevitable rerate GLA. (Bitcoin now $14482 And rising not to mention our Covid play)

0.102p to sell 0.1055p to buy. Have a few quid ready for any dip under 0.1p. Don’t forget the large buys a week or so ago at 0.135p
