Arthur to pull this financing deal off before our need for a placing. It was two weeks ago in the interview he said within a month. So he has two weeks left. Today’s RNS was missed in yesterday’s interims and has caused a lot more doubt for sure

Although not escalated to a legal battle this is unwelcome news and certainly trouble tup mill, they will need to get a placing away end of September so the next two weeks is critical to get the funding news he promised within a month in his interview. Let’s see if there is a bit of a recovery. I am still interested in who bought or sold the 38 million shares a week or so ago. Arthur will certaOnly need to move fast with tangible good news otherwise the sp will surely crash. Was very close to selling so Arthur work some magic asap

Credit facility is great news, they probably will need to place mid to end September so let’s hope we get an additional RNS tomorrow outlining financing deal to skyrocket thensp so he can place at 2/3p and minimise dilution. I think most shareholders will be encouraged at the current pace of activity
