Kozz know how you feel. I had to loose 50% of my profit but a gain is a gain. I took a 25% gain overall. Wish all this bad news would go away as we were robbed.

334 is holding really well but if pushed down again 325/326 seems much stronger. If 334 holds and can push back above 340 through 347 there should be a bullish upward push attempting 360 again

Yeah I think the point people are missing here is WE ALL DON'T THINK WHAT IS GOING ON IS FAIR ON BOOHOO but it nevertheless IS still going on & WE cannot change a media onslaught just by saying they are all wrong. The point of this BB is to be informed to help your investment decisions as a group. Just because I love the Boohoo brand, growth, potential etc doesn't mean I have to risk my money when I can see there is a trend not to support them (at present). I do believe it will get cleaned up in 3-6 months but we have no control of this at present until these reports stop. IT IS UNFAIR but it is what it is & ALL INVESTMENTS ARE ABOUT RISK/RETURN.

Let me be VERY VERY clear - I am a Boohoo fan.
I am however protecting my money from instability.
Only relaying facts, both positive & negative.
If people choose to ignore stuff here that is fine as there are thousands of investors not here who read this stuff directly.

peace123 they ADMITTED in their results presentation & in the QC report they knowingly had done wrong.

So if your mate shot somebody & you witnessed it but kept quiet - you didn't commit a murder but if you withhold evidence you knew about then you are guilty of other crimes - withholding evidence. Similar analogy here. If you then happened to get that victim there so your mate could shoot them, you are guilty of aiding & abetting even though you did not pull the trigger - similar here.

If they "knowingly" did it then yes they are wrong! That is what the report shows. Yes Boohoo are not responsible for the employment policies go their suppliers & the government should enforce employment law, BUT, if they knowingly profit/benefit/enable it etc then they are "knowingly" involved in illegal practices.

Urm ASOS results will be good for ASOS. Why do you think another companies results is good for Boohoo when Boohoo have published their results & their SP dropped 13%-18%? If anything, it could be dangerous for Boohoo if ASOS show exceptional growth without all the messy supply chain issues Boohoo have yet to shake off. Just because BMW posts great results doesn't mean Audi goes up. Sainsbury's don't make Asda go up. Agree it shows online shopping trend but the Boohoo results already showed us that.
