It certainly does feel like they are prime for a buyout and institutions are driving the price down on one side while buying up in another division ready for what looks like an obvious bid incoming with solid numbers and the future of data driven AI - these guys are an oil field ready to feed the AI engines with the oil data they need - I certainly predict a buyout here by a US consortium/company at a future date. So if you are patient and can wait the shorting game while loading up like their other divisions are I am pretty sure we will see the bid appear in the future with potential rewards. Worked for me sitting out Darktrace that had the same scenario. Tech stocks don't belong on UK exchanges and get bought cheap by US companies/consortiums ...
