My personal opinion is the Debenhams brand is dated & was failing for a reason. Boo have been very smart buying Karen Millen, Oasis, Coast, Warehouse, Dorothy Perkins etc as well as their own string brand but Burton’s & Debenhams are just dated old tired brands that add little IMHO. Easiest way to answer that is how many times did you or your friends shop there & if not I bet you bought what they offer online elsewhere! I always went to HoF, Harrods, Selfridges or Harvey Nics vs Debenhams. BHS died for the same reasons.

If you look through trades they drop 5k shares, a few more sell, buyers nab & then they drop 5k more. Must be either Marshall Wallace and/or ShafowFall. Feels just like they didn’t before.

Nobody likes loosing money but it should come back in time - it’s done this many times - good news is it will bring new buyers

This is at the price point I’d normally pile in but after seeing the chaos caused last time by SF & them & FT playing on US & Australia high pricing issues etc I’m still watching before diving back in as we’ve seen crazy swings here many times before.
