Raises an interesting question

If the entry is also based on free float and not just Market Cap ….. does this mean Darks market cap cannot exceed FTSE250/100 boundaries as it would be quite odd to say have the 95th highest FTSE market cap & not be in the 100 or 250 based on free float?
