This company has great product development, manufacturing, business development, partner ecosystem, marketing, sales & fundamentals from it.

What they need to do is hire decent PR as it’s beyond useless for a publicly trading company doing so well

I’ve jumped out for a while as just dead money at moment with lots of action elsewhere but will return. Totally believe where this is going but it’s not doing it at any pace I’ll miss on the naff U.K. stock exchange. I might just buy their US stock next.

Most likely but it has been executed now while under a dispute so a great indicator for potential mutual resolution

Contract award with DHSC under PHE framework
Primerdesign, a wholly owned subsidiary of Novacyt, has been awarded a new contract under the PHE National Microbiology Framework, effective immediately, for the supply of PROmate® COVID-19 tests to the NHS. The PROmate® COVID-19 tests have been developed to run on the Company's q16 and q32 PCR instrument platforms. The q16 and q32 near patient PCR instrument platforms using the PROmate® COVID-19 test have been validated and can be used at select NHS hospitals. The contract is valued at up to £4.7m and will last until 31 March 2022. There are no minimum purchase levels as part of this contract.

Can’t wait for next update as they are landing new contracts dispute the “dispute”

As Porky says it’s a total bargain right now!

I mean:

- 50% growth
- 121% growth DHSC even with dispute
- 20% growth outside DHSC
- New contact for supply of PROmate COVID-19 tests to the NHS as we see executed here
- 2 year Long-Term Agreement with the World Health Organization (WHO)
- UK private market sales increased significantly
- H1 sales £94.7 million, compared to £63.3 million

And the amazing fundamentals:

- Today NCYT has a BARGAIN 260m Market Cap @ 367 SP
- Revenue is up from 277m last FY
- Profit is up froM 167m
- Net assets 150m
- Cash is up from 92m
- Debt £0 (debt free!)

And who cares about DHSC now?

1) it’s factored in
2) they have new deals with NHS LIKE THIS!
3) they have 2 years with WHO
4) they are expanding rapidly in US
5) revenue, profit & cash position is solid
6) private sector growing rapidly
7) demand for tests is still increasing
8) the DHSC dispute will be resolved amicably as they are getting new NHS contracts like THIS!
9) UNICEF distributing in 8 countries

What makes me super excited is S1 stated

“ Annualized recurring revenue (ARR) increased 127% year-over-year and grew to $198.0 million as of July 31, 2021.”

And their market cap is $18.58B

Dark have stated

And they are only valued at $7B @ 730

It is just a guess for us all but if you saw my post on cloud companies & competitors AZ to where this valuation should be we have a long way to go. My gut feel is we may see another 10% into results beating the 52wk high pushing through 800 to 810 & 5-8% on results day but I’d expect a chunk of profit taking to re consolidate back into mid 700s (presuming results are as good a we think given uplifted forecast). It should be higher but U.K. markets are not as rewarding as US alas

- Uplifted forecast given 15 July

- SentinalOne results tonight pushing sector up as it’s a strong growth market

- FTSE250 admission (potential FTSE100 if it keeps going)

- Darktrace valuation much lower than competition but solid ARR & customer growth

I’d expect a run up now until next Wed AM

Add that & uplifted results to come here with a much lower valuation & FTSE250

I feel a buying opportunity here tomorrow as it won’t be pretty

Fair comment as all risks have to be disclosed but I seriously doubt it’s a big risk with all the skills they’ve utilised to build the software

Yeah they need an extraordinary meeting to ratify this with the details set out in simple language that the masses can understand. Quite simple ….

- US Pre IPO stock options attract top talent
- Top talent drives business growth & revenue
- growth & revenue improves share price

The more you invest the bigger the rewards

As for Bitty - it’s boom time now

Incentive stock plan is key to attract key talent in US companies - bad move not voting this through

I love they’ve given cautious outlooks to let folks benefit from the inevitable uplift due - just go back pre pandemic with lower sales, no profit etc with a higher SP than now & here we are with stringer sales, profit, cash, expansion … obvious it’s in much better shape
