2019.....Revenue will be over £10 million without any Ghana revenue or any new business. I think the company will be at least break even and hopefully showing a small profit. Add in some Ghana revenue as it ramps up over the next 6 months and hopefully some more tech contracts from elsewhere . Next year, full Ghana revenues, with a decent profit. 2020 profit of £3-5 million, PE of 15 for a growth company..£45-70million MC........£18 million at the moment. I think those numbers are pretty conservative. We are looking mighty cheap.
If we then lock in some firm business with our Saudi JV partners and land one or two of the several MSPs which are 'on the cusp' of being signed, things could change very very fast here.

We don't know lots of details about the contract in Ghana. I am not convinced we will see the details of the contract in the final contract RNS. One would have thought the company would have wanted to keep this information private for competition and future contract reasons.
We know they will get paid pro rata, they will make good profits, it will transform the balance sheet. It will attract more business to WSG. There are 'several' other MSPs on the cusp of being delivered. A specific project could get signed up in the Saudi JV any time. The boat is as good as sold. Iran contract to get ring fenced. They are chasing a large historical debt with an old customer which should lead to a settlement and new business. They are still chasing some Keyguard debts as well. I can see this becoming a £100million MC company very soon. Managements options packages only kick in when the SP hits 26p. At the AGM it was very clear how happy and confident management were. They have started doing PR again....first time in 3 years. Research reports and broker notes to follow before too long. Take what you can afford and sit back and enjoy the ride. Another MSP or two and they become a very attractive morsel with predictive profitable revenues and future growth stream to any hungry, acquisitive large security companies. Happy days, enjoy.

I totally agree Etin. Posters show their true colours over time. I don't trust anyone until I've communicated with them on a regular basis. It's great to exchange info. with the 'good uni' but you have to weed out the liars and people who are just plain unpleasant, one only has so much time and energy and there is no point wasting it .

They are out there this week so I guess they would like to make sure the first ship goes well and I'm sure they will be doing everything they can to finalise the terms of the contract.

Not sure why you say that Jimzi. I guess you weren't there. 30-40 days but thinks and hopes it happens sooner...it's really that simple. I hope it comes in that time frame.

Very simple, this contract was not generated by Sutcliffe, came via a different direction.

I gather, because he is not on the board any more, he is busier trying to win business for the company and working on his other business interests.

Numbers. I think we will have to wait for the contracts RNS to get some idea re. numbers. Suffice to say, it will put many millions on to the bottom line, it is with a really good quality client in an excellent country. It is a port, not an airport. WSG is proving up the business model....just a few years and a few millions late! And is spreading its tentacles into a new managed service contract. 2018 saw them do business in 53 countries .

Thanks for your input SFP. At the AGM, the Felixstowe numbers were put to PF and whilst he wouldn't be drawn he indicated the numbers would be higher.

I was being as conservative as possible. Just thinking how quickly they'll migrate across, how long the ramp up will take, teething problems etc.....a bit like a mine ramping up to full production, if you know what `I mean.

There is a good chance they will do 850 000 next year plus and ramp up over the next few years 1.5-3 million........I have no idea what will happen so I was just being very conservative.

It will certainly generate significant profits in the first year. It's a bloody brilliant client and will really put WSG on the map
