Whilst some of the placement money flip out for a quick turn, it provides opportunity. Bought more at 4p today, once the placing shares wash through , it goes higher.

Anyone know what the new ticker will be?

fancy having a slice in an asset which is potentially worth $36billion...yes billion dollars.

Drilling in March/Apri//May...if successful, Helium1 will dominate the supply of Helium for many decades. Anybody reckon one of the majors might fancy owning a resource that will dominate the supply of an element which the world will require in ever increasing volumes? This company is going to gather more nd more attention as we build up towards that frill campaign...I am one very excited holder...good luck everyone.

Genuine value here. 47.4p in cash, multiple stakes in multiple assets got to be worth way more than 10/20p. First time it has been. genuine bargain, under valued stock

After the .65p placing you could have bought the shares on market at that price. I took the placing and I bought on market. I have taken this placing and then bought further shares on market at 1.05p right after the placing. Everyone has had the opportunity to buy stock at or very close to the placing price.

I would't have touched this stock with a barge pole pre Peter Ruse coming on to the board. It was a lenigas/Donald/Hamish entity....red flag territory. Different beast now. Investing is about now and the future.

the company is now in an enviable position, has made multiple excellent investments under Ruse's guidance, has plenty of accretive news flow to come and has just re-stocked the coffers and a massive premium to the last placing. The SP is now 20% up on the placing. It really is v simple. Look at what has been happening under this new regime and see where they are going. Hindering that process is self-defeating.

The warrants are at 2p, double the share price. If they were exercised the share price would have to reach 2.5p....that would be an excellent result for shareholders. Your money would have more than doubled and the company would have another million pounds in the coffers to make more money from. I am stunned that anyone could think this placing wasn't a brilliant result. I am voting yes because I have a brain

The drill will go ahead as planned. The government and courts will throw this out. There were endless consultations. If the government stops anything they will have to pay the costs having granted all the permits...the whole thing is legal b0ll0x

The share price was 1.5-1.1 p when the raising was done. It was done at 1p, a tiny discount. The last raising was at .65p. So, this one was completed 50% higher. The directors have backed the raising with their own cash....that is a good thing, not bad. The new management have mad great moves over the past 6 months. All investments have more than doubled in value. Since the placing the share price has gone up to 1.2-1.3p.

What planet are you folk on?

This has been one of the best executed, closest to the prevailing SP placings in a micro cap that I have ever seen. There will be 4 IPOs of the invested companies coming in the next few months. All value accretive to Gunsynd.

Anyone voting against this placing is a lemming.

Excellent post Mike. Only caveat is the strong chance the airport gets closed again in this second wave. The alternative is Covid testing and/or a Covid passport.

I would imagine their Covid related sales enquiries have been going mad in recent weeks. It's going to be a very tough few months this second wave. Businesses of all descriptions are going to need Covid protection kit to keep their customers as safe as possible. The increase in sales staff at Westminster speaks volumes.

In the mean time, I can't see the market taking much notice of WSG unless it pulls some kind of 'rabbit out of the hat' in the way of company changing news. That would be a miracle in these days of quarantine related travel.

I wait, knowing the company is making good coin, is weathering these Covid times in good shape.

Company has enjoyed 5 years of double digit revenue growth, even during Covid, is EBITDA positive and is making a net profit to boot. Patience will be rewarded.

I took the placing to fund this Covid trial investment. I was only allocated 1/3 of what I asked for. It was massively over subscribed. Think any flippers will be churned through v quickly, good appetite for the stock.

We'll all be rich one day if we have the patience to stay invested. Ignore the resident knockers, their agenda is obvious. The company has traded exceptionally well all year. Profitable...yes...profitable....yes...profitable.

They will be signing new MSCs once we get through Covid...that HOC contract is the best calling card a security company could get, just adds such credibility.
