More liquidity, More institutional exposure, Robinhood, etc No $50 trading fees. And a far far greater yearning for tech savy companies. I’m sure there’s plenty more but they are of the top of my head.

Whether it comes at that point or further down the line Shareholders should be prepared for more dilution it’s an absolute racing certainty that more dilution will take place especially with the expansion plans that are in place, That said as long as it’s for growth I have no major issues with it, The £2 placing was another story ! But today a a good day in what’s been a hard few months so enjoy and let’s hope those shorters have burnt arses today.

Yep the Americans hate Dillution so had a look on their site to see how they have taken the news and they are incredibly happy at this announcement - Which to me at least is a very positive sign. Just need to see a Btc rally into Q3 and things could become very interesting again.

I think that maybe the least of our worries if so said event ever occurred.

Good find RC and just shows how delusional Pearls must be. This line in particular would have me questioning the management greatly.

I agree it was obvious, but it wasn’t obvious to Pearls. Their exit strategy was laughable built upon completely unrealistic expectations. I recall him/her even debating the likelihood of the shares hitting 25p in the next few months. Completely delusional.

I can’t understand why Pearls still thinks the shares will rally to 20p next month. Do they invest in other shares in a similar manner? It’s just alarming that they even have a bank account never mind anything else. You think they would learn after their disaster that was Debenhams but then they compounded it with this dog, Hbr and SGI an absolute masterclass in cluelessness in the stock market.

Not sure if I’m classed as Old Guard as far more had lower entry’s than my first tranche at 8p, But if i am yes I’m still holding haven’t sold any and have topped up all the way up and back down again - That was not such good judgement;).
I’m quite lucky in that I dont need the money in any sort of hurry so was always going to see where we stood come Q4 anyway before deciding whether to offload any or just carry on holding. Personally if you can stand the volatility this share brings can’t see anything but far better days ahead.

Personally I took it as more like we will uplist later this year when conditions have improved, But guess it’s all open to interpretation as to whether you see this cycle as complete or not. Q4,Texas and a surging Btc price would be perfect timing it’s just whether them stars align or not.

Damn was playing catch up and thought Pearls was finally making some sense but then cottoned on its was just someone having a laugh at His/Her expense, The imposter is far more sensible.
