Pop, holders of hut were doing their nut on the raise when they listed and they took a nigh on 30% sp hit pre it gaining traction, I’m afraid if you don’t like dilution (Not you personally) this probably isn’t the sector to be in. It’s an Arms race and all the miners will dilute to try and keep up and grow. I’m guessing in a few years when they have massive Hodl on the books it won’t be so needed but until then think we’ve got to grin and bear it unfortunately.

Speel the ADR pricing did concern me for the reasons you have stated but at the end of the day and no disrespect intended to the average PI I’m not really sure the people working for the funds/institutions will be quite so uninformed about it’s structure and Argo as a company have no doubt aimed these ADRs at institutional buyers as we are so PI owned currently.

Guess it all Depends on your timeframe I’ve always been looking to sell Some q4 if we look like we’ve topped or into q2 next year (some clever cookies think that will be the top)
Then planned on holding the rest long term.

Do I Like the dilution no, do I understand it yes, as long term we will be a far bigger company and to play with the big boys it was needed. That’s not to say I agreed with one the £2 placing as that still rankles or the cost of the recent IPO as personally thought it sold us way short.
