You wonder what Maras expenses are if they are paying those rates for a data centre they jointly own. Wonder what they are being charged by others. Does that make the case for a owned facility like Arb/Riot stronger ?

Not really sure why they choose today to re list as it’s half a days trading on one of the quietest days of the year, My glass half full take would be they knew with that being the case it would maybe give PIs and existing shareholders the chance to get some as near to the placing price as possible pre the markets getting fully functional again in the new year - Glass half empty when have boards ever given thought to PIs ;) I was quite happy with the re admission price as long term Save seems to be a cash cow and will ruffle feathers so gave me a good chance to grab some more at what I considered more than reasonable as my initial investment was on the morning of suspension. I’d also agree that we may see a nice rise through the early part of the year and any positive RNSs that follow could really get it moving.

Think the raise may be dependent on Btc price - If we have a parabolic blow of top end of Q1 I’d like to think the SP will be way north of here and it can support a raise, If not they may decide to put it on the back burner and slowly build
out Texas during any bear market. Don’t think it’s a case of a massive raise anytime soon unless the stars align as they will be paying premium prices for a product they won’t get until the bull cycle is probably over. Think they have some options just gotta hope they choose the correct path !

Personally think we will add second hand round rigs on f the immersion works like the smoke signals suggest then look to add new rigs once the bear market is upon us - One thing guaranteed in this space is another round of funding but I hope some lessons have been learnt on that front and it will at a more sensible time.

Anyway hope all have a great Xmas and new year and here’s to a prosperous 22!

To be honest I’m kinda hoping it is, as those far more knowledgeable than me can dissect it before given us a version for dummies to read :) As I’d only just started a position pre suspension with a plan to build on it im really in no man’s land on what would constitute a fair buy price going forwards now. So would be good to read their thoughts when the documents are available.
