So have I understood this correctly??
If the SPV is developing the site then SNT will presumably have to pay their share, i.e. 33.333% of the total cost of the COF kit and services supplied to the SPV and will then receive back 10% of the total cost to the SPV by way of commission, so their actual outlay is 23.333%
But the Parris Group outlay will be 66.666%
Is that what is happening or have I missed the point??

Skeletor - I think you have nailed it there probably better than I did - ME did say something on the lines of revenue generated in October and as you say that would have been received in November.
I am certainly under the impression that we will get the next monthly update first week of January and although I do not like to set my expectations to high I am hoping for a minimum of $100k - I certainly got a lot more excited when I started hearing the word " Revenue" rather than the word "Subscribers", cannot really understand why the market thinks otherwise - at the moment.

Because the revenue figures for October were announced on the 1st December. Confirmed by ME in Podcast.

RedDot - I am hoping we will be above the landmark figure of $100k per month for November (assumed announcement beginning of January) - seems feasible to me with Brazil coming into the picture.

Regarding your cash flow comments.
At the end of Q1 when production was 573 boepd Block stated this rate of production generates sufficient revenue, at current oil and gas prices, to cover over 95% of operating and administration costs.
At the end of Q3 oil prices had gone up but production had gone down to 376 boepd.
They subsequently have an additional 75% x 50 bopd from well BA but if the October oil sales went through as planned the current oil in storage will be minimal.
Confirmation of the current cash situation should be revealed in the Q4 Operations Update at the beginning of January.

Looks like the negative "Noise" has disappeared from the other board.

For anyone in any doubt re the Krunch Acquisition I suggest they read very carefully the RNS of the 25th March and the Rationale for the purchase and the benefits to Mobile Streams.

IMO it will be going somewhere first week in January when the next Trading Statement is announced with revenue figures for November or sooner if a new Territory is announced in December.
I have studied the RNS statements re Revenue for the whole of 2020 and some of the accusations being made on the other board re legacy income included or not are totally false and IMO libellous but DYOR.

Thordon - according to my calcs the extra gas is worth a lot less than that.

140,000 scf per day = approx 12.6 MMcf per quarter.

In Q3 Block sold 52.4 MMcf for $159,000 so pro rata 12.6 MMcf would be worth about $38,000 per quarter or $152,000 per annum.

In my A4 graph book (high Tech stuff) I have plotted total revenue for each month from July and broken it down into Legacy/saas platform/Live scores revenue etc, part RNS fact, part assumption - we are thinking on very similar lines.

Looking forward to updating at the beginning of January - may have to upgrade to an A3 graph book!!

Like you, never mind if I am proved wrong as long as we end up with the correct answer.

Waadaweknow - I would endorse what City has said.
We are likely to get further trading updates at the beginning of each month from hereon.
The January update will report the revenue for the month of November and this will include affiliate revenue from the Brazil subscriptions for the first time, so I am anticipating a significant increase in monthly revenue from this.
The February update will report the revenue for the month of December and this will probably include revenue from the ISBA contract for the first time, so I am anticipating a further increase in monthly revenue from this.
The March update will report the revenue for the month of January and this may include an additional revenue stream from a new territory to be announced in the near future.

With regard to the Annual Accounts for year ending 30th June I think these will be largely irrelevant as most of the current growth in revenue has occurred from July of this year, they accounts should however show a healthy cash balance.

I have crunched (or "Krunched") the numbers for you.
They have actually gone from approx $45k to $83k in three months.

That said, still good and I think we are now going to see some significant increases each month from hereon.

Hi Roley - What you say re payment to Quanta makes sense but do Telco take a share of the $1 before passing it on to MOS??

Have just listened to the latest Zak Mir podcast and ME confirms that the latest revenue figure was for the month of October and was actually $83,000, an increase of 85% on the July revenue.

Looking forward to hearing about the November revenue, presumably first week of January. Got a feeling we will have hit the $100,000 per month mark by then.

Amtech - New numbers in any one territory may very well plateau out at some time in the future but that does not necessarily mean that they will fall away as you suggested in your earlier post. Furthermore there will be new territories added so the overall numbers should still keep rising month on month for the foreseeable future.

With regard to debate and numbers this was what I posted on the 25th Nov:

"Always a bit dangerous but my GUESS for numbers at the end of November is as follows:
Mexico: 20,000
Argentina: 15,000
Brazil: 10,000"

We appeared to have used similar logic to arrive at figures for Mexico and Argentina

With regard to Brazil I was aware of the larger population but also took into account that it was only the first month so did not know how long it would take to get going. In hindsight I would agree with you that it now looks as though the Brazil numbers may be in fact a lot larger than my original estimate.

All GUESSWORK of course but my revised schedule taking into account your comments is now as follows:

Mexico: 20,000
Argentina: 15,000
Brazil: 30,000
Other: 5,000 ??
