Block now do not have a CFO or a CTO.
I am not even sure that Guram works directly for Block Energy - His linkedin page says he works for the Norio Operating Company who are a subsidiary of Georgian Oil & Gas Ltd who I believe may have supplied the drilling rig.

On the 3rd May, 2019 I sold some at 16.525p so Buy must have been higher than 16.4p

I would agree that Block Energy do have a very close working relationship with Georgian Oil and Gas Ltd (GOG) but they are NOT state owned - they are a private company registered in the Virgin Islands.
The state owned company is called Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation (GOGC)

I pray that they will "deepen" the existing well because if they side track they will be going the wrong way!!

IMO, Scrodingerscat has produced some of the best posts on this board over the last month or so (apart from the last couple of days - not his fault) if you don't agree with him put forward a convincing argument to the contrary.
