Guzz - You are going off at a bit of a tangent and getting all cloak and dagger, no one has said TMS are not going to provide a platform for MOS promotion in the future.

What I am saying is that TMS are well aware of MOS but have chosen not to include them in the list of 15 companies to watch.

Also, Charles Goodfellow is still a NED at MOS.

So, what do we think we know about Project 1?

Project 1 comprises of eight Development Areas.

Phase 1 now comprises of 5 wells in Development Area 1

Block are now drilling the third of these wells, WR34Z

The fifth well in Phase 1 could be a multi lateral well

Phase 1 will hopefully be completed around the end of the year.

Phase 2 drilling campaign will commence in the new year.

Details and location of Phase 2 have still to be confirmed.

Phase 2 could be the same as Development Area 2 but this is only an assumption.

Development Area 2 is in the vicinity of the WR16az well site / gas production facility.

In the recent interview PH was still talking about two wells before the multilateral well. Unless there are any other factors we are not aware I think KRT-45 well be the next one as it will cost less and be executed quicker and therefore hopefully help generate enough cash to pay for the more expensive multi lateral well.

Shed - Totally agree with what you say.

i,e, when they drill the FUTURE new wells at JKT-01Z and WR-34 respectively they will work off the pads that have been already put in (or are being put in now in the case of WR-34) for the first Side Track wells respectively.

I would agree with Yiannaki45 that well KRT45 will almost certainly require a newly constructed concrete pad.

We are all looking in the right place Astec.

This is the only place in the Project 1 area that shows any signs of activity over the last month.

The latest image from Bitsas004 now shows the drilling rig, containers, tanks, etc, at this location, none of which were there a week previously.

This location is also where you would expect well WR34 to be, i.e. the next well to be drilled in the CPR program.

Shed - The cost of $1,020,000 attributed to WRBO1-ST does not include the monies spent on the first well at WRB01 in the previous year, producing 50 bopd and subsequently abandoned. If you add the two Well 1 expenditures together Well 1 will almost certainly have cost more in total than Well 2 and Well 3.

Had they only drilled one side track at WRB01 then the cost of all three wells may have been about equal.

Estimated cost of first three Project wells:

Well 1 WRB01-ST $1,020,000

Well 2 WR34-ST $1,420,000

Well 3 KRT45-ST $1,420,000

Perhaps it was Rocky that sold as he does not see the point in looking at satellite images!!

If they stick to the programme KRT45-ST should follow on after WR34-ST
