Hi Samplemix - Reading your post with dates and looking at the other dates on the web site page I do wonder if 3rd Feb should actually have been amended to read 7th Feb?? We don't know the reason for GOG selling but it does to some extent explain the share price.

We will presumably have Operation Updates on the current wells progress over the coming weeks but we will have to wait a while for the more significant ones, which I would anticipate being as follows:

1) An announcement that the Gas Production Facility / Bago connection is up and running and the Gas from WR16aZ, WR38 and WR51 has been monetised. According to my rough calculations based upon target figures it would appear that the Gas will account for approx 35% of the revenue from WR16aZ, WR38 and WR51.

2) An announcement regarding the future strategy of the current campaign based upon the 3D survey all the other knowledge gained to date. Cant help thinking that it may be more of the same so as to build up a nice steady cash flow which will fund future wells into next year.

Seems straightforward to me - a very academic young man who sought new challenges in a discipline that he was perhaps more interested in. NT did attend the AGM and about the same time of his leaving Block did appoint two senior Geologists (or similar) so I imagine there was a smooth transition.

Cautious - His is obviously a junior role in the company, hence why he is also having to deal with communications. If I recall correctly there were two senior geologist (or similar) appointments made around October time.

Thordon - I confirm what others have said, the guy used to post as Bill Tucker until December, then as MakeveliBT for a couple of days (could have been banned) and now as BTMakeveli, uses same phrases, same references, text, refers to AJW as James, etc, etc no doubt about it.

Read with interest your very valid points, as you say I was led up the garden path as well re the likely Bago gas connection date, but I can appreciate that things at the sharp end are not always that simple to achieve for a whole range of reasons, some of which AJW has suggested.

Like you I am invested here and although there may have been a few recent hiccups with information I do genuinely get the feeling that the reporting via RNS is now much more open and comprehensive since the new PR team, etc. In my opinion the RNS in December drew a line under the events of 2019 and I have read last weeks RNS several times and believe the company are developing a very solid strategy for the future.

I know that you are no fan of PH but without him there would probably be no Block Energy, he has been associated with GOG since 2014 and I would imagine he is the vital link between Block, GOG , GOGC and BAGO.

Since the W16 situation the other main Director Nial Tomlinson has left the company and four new industry professional's have been employed to strengthen the company. in all departments.

Although probably not as quick as we would have liked I do feel that Block Energy have come a long way in the last 12 months. I am still holding and optimistic for further solid progress during the coming year including the full monetisation of the oil and gas from the first three WR wells and beyond.
