"The board of directors intends to comply with its obligations in accordance with section 304 of the Act which requires it to call a general meeting with 21 days of receipt of a valid requisition and to hold such general meeting on a date not more than 28 days after the date of the notice convening such general meeting."

They received the requisition on Friday 2nd June so I am assuming we will hear something this week, or Monday at the latest.

In accordance with the recent RNS we should get some news re the forthcoming General Meeting this week. I wonder if there will be any accompanying statements??

AJW, I may have got my wires crossed but I am still a bit confused as to precisely what is happening with re to KRT-39 in Q3.

"Additional interventions planned for Q3 include KRT-39, where surface facility upgrades are due to be installed, in order to monetise associated gas production that was previously flared".

Am I correct in thinking KRT-39 is currently shut in and no oil is being produced due to ban on gas flaring?
Do you know what the surface facility upgrades consist of?
Will the works include connecting up to the EPF?
Do we have any idea what the likely Oil production rates will be?

Any assistance you can give on the above points would be very much appreciated.

Agree, Agree - and of course this time around we already have the gas infrastructure in place to connect up to.
I notice that KRT 39 is not that far away from WR-B1 so I assume the same pipeline with a branch connection could connect up both wells - I think AJW mentioned a figure of 175 bopd (or similar) from KRT 39 - all helps.

I agree MP (as usual), and of course Geowiz makes no mention of the various interventions and maintenance currently taking place which hopefully will push the base production figures up a bit during the next quarter.

Block Energy's Chief Executive Officer, Paul Haywood, said today:

"Beyond the drill bit, execution of the baseline production enhancement plan has made solid progress throughout Q2 and we look forward to seeing the results of the team's hard work as the Company moves through an active drilling and workover period in Q3."

Hopefully the baseline production rates should increase from hereon, now looking forward to the Q3 update!!

25,700 (barrels) divided by say 90 (days) = 285 bopd.
This is presumably why they now need to do an intervention on WR38.

Just a point, mbbls is a thousand barrels not a million.
On the 31st Dec we had 28,000 barrels, if you add Q1 and Q2 production to this and then subtract Q1 and Q2 sales I reckon we currently have another 30,000 barrels in stock as yet unsold.

The Block Base Production comprises the combined flows from WR38Z / 11b / Norio etc
The flow rates this year (excluding WR16aZ) have been as follows:
16th Feb - current at that date = approx 690 boed (i.e. 940 -250)
Feb / March - 2 months average 573 boed
7th April - current at that date = 555 boed
Feb / March / April / May - 4 months average = 526 boed
Q2 - ?? (my guess is approx average 500 boed comprising 350 bopd and 150 boed gas)

MP - Q1 production (including some from WR16aZ)
"During Q1 2021, the Company produced 29.8 Mbbls of oil and 14.6 Mboe of gas, resulting in a combined total of 44.4 Mboe of oil and gas."
That averages out at 331 bopd over 3 months, however most of the production was during Feb/March.

Well Geowiz, on previous postings you have suggested 250 bopd and 200 bopd but today you have suggesting 300 bopd so you are now predicting production is increasing - that's good news.

Tony - PH has said their will be a Q2 operations update so I would think there is a good chance it could be this week - I would also think they would want to issue that prior to the EGM.

Hi Skeletor - The £420k pa is just from the Streams Data Platform that was launched last year. Mobile Streams also has income from its Legacy Business and they anticipate driving extra revenue from this part of the business in the near future as a result of a partnership with Quanta Media.
