For relisting purposes yes the accounts have to be produced , but if he has Lunn has no intention of relisting this company anytime soon he can just sit on his hands and do nothing and let the TG group fire off as many letters as they like.

You seem more cool headed, I’m as frustrated as you are about these audited accounts, he is legally obliged to publish them so I’m sure he will at some point, the only question is when.

Mind you I’m not entirely sure if a suspended company on the main listing of the London stock exchange are required to produce their accounts.

The letter was specifically referring to some debt not audited accounts so I don’t know.

One thing I do know though is the TG group and anti Lunn brigade have succeeded in stopping this from relisting anytime sooner with their vindictive no vote.

So don’t expect Lunn to spend a second of his time answering some conjured, baseless letter from some obscure group somewhere out in the wilderness.

Nothing peculiar about it we’ve been hearing about these threats from the TGgroup since Lunn took over and nothing has changed.

He is within his rights to ignore those overhyped and empty letters because they are not bound by law, there’s isn’t anything legally that says a Chairman/CEO of any company has to reply to some letter within a set time frame by some phoney TG group, he can just say he hasn’t got a clue who these nuisance of a group are, simply ignore the letter or refer the overzealous shareholders to any forthcoming RNS releases which is more official and legally binding.

Basically Lunn has ignored the threatening letter for the TG group and they don’t like it, but there is nothing in law that states he has to reply to some limpy, powerless and obscure group.

Let me tell you why I strongly believe these guys are the ones thwarting Lunns every move, I was in the group when it was formed from day one, then Tom was still the ceo when he released those RNSs and said and update would follow shortly and nothing happened, I was the only one who questioned why there were no updates as promised whenever he would appear in the group for a Q&A session usually in the dead of the night, not sure why that late, but each time I asked the question of lack of updates I got told off by xilgrin and other members of the group, Tom never gave me a direct answer looking back now I could see why, there are certain members of the group who have a strong influence on others(I won’t mention names), they claimed to have had dealings with Lunn in the past and that all he was interested in doing was to take this private for himself along with a host of other accusations which are too many to mention, there is also the so called magnificent seven

That was it, the seed of doubt was sown most people believed what they were told became brainwashed and subsequently fell in line with the opposition, I never got the chance to question anything anti Lunn, so I decided to leave the group to continue my posts on here, until I was finally removed from the cesspit.

I am not being vindictive, but just sick and tired of hearing these accusations and not giving the man a chance to get this relisted so we can all do whatever we want with our money.

This is on the main market so it could remain suspended for the next 20 years without being delisted completely.

Zag, Lunn hasn’t appeared to have done anything because the anti Lunn brigade and the TG brainwashed opposes his every move.

If they are not openly sprouting nonsense on here and in their TG they are busy sending threatening letters to him behind the scene, what is the man suppose to do.

I have asked this question so many times previously what are the above doing to see this relists instead of their constant opposition, yes I know this is the responsibility of the bod but surely they must have a back up plan.

This share can get suspended indefinitely if they don’t have one
