unfortunately this will mean share price will get diluted

How did you know it was Facebook Technologies Ireland Ltd doesn't Facebook technologies count as an the United States rather than Irish and therefore Europe?
Yeah this information wasn't released on the last set of accounts released on the 9th of May 2019, any reason why they have updated them now on the 17th of June 2019 after closing?
Has anyone here emailed or asked management for the Register of shareholders yet?

Anthony Matchett, Executive Chairman and CEO of EVR, said: "I am delighted that Andy Botha is joining the EVR Board. His role in guiding the sale of ZPG to a US private equity firm earlier this year, in combination with his extensive quoted and growth company experience will prove invaluable as we look to further develop our corporate profile and implement new initiatives both in the UK and internationally."
----> teasing us with the thought of Andy guiding the sale of EVRH to _____________?
-----> if it happens who would be the one to buyout MVR, any suggestions?

no point trying to convince PIs on technical analysis especially if they probably don't even know how to use their own smart phones properly. How can we expect them to understand that human sentiment/greed & fear can be represented through price action patterns and the appearance of numbers (fibonacci) in natural occurrences. Just like how certain colours can bring out psychological effects e.g red>anger, blue>sadness, black>authority, green>envy.
haha now I'm going to be accused of being a horoscope fortune teller, yes i also think fundamentals is important and cannot be neglected but what is even more important is risk management. That means not putting all or most of your money on one thing which is probably what most on this bb have done hence the strong biases. These are the type to keep checking bulletin boards every few hours for updates in the hope that their money will be recovered.
PumpaSaurusRexx - just gave you a follow on tradingview, what asset classes do you trade mate? l like your analysis, very technical based and take away any of the emotional attachment unlike a lot of the oldie PIs on here.
reynard28 they are both presenting at music week tech summit at the 02 greenwhich on the 26th september.
Here is the link:

On the former subject, Amazon global head of programming and content strategy Alex Luke – a man with his own hotline to Alexa – will be talking about the huge impact voice has had on streaming. While Steven Hancock, co-founder and COO of MelodyVR will be revealing how virtual reality will transform the way we experience music.
Considering the interim report only showed tiny revenues for the first few months after release, its makes no sense for numis to forecast these numbers:
£1.1m this year
£24.40m in 2018
£250.00m in 2021
I understand that after that period there were more and more artists promoting MelodyVr on instagram stories and twitter e.t.c but even then that would be a huuge increase in revenue between may 2018 and december 2018, which to me just doesn't really sound probable. Saying that Numis must know something otherwise they don't just randomly forecast large numbers.
Here is what I think Numis knows:
What they are planning with Amazon, all will be revealed at the conference at the O2 London
"Socials are coming soon" - Anthony Matchett
Potential penetration into smart phone market
Occulus Santa Cruz
My imagination tells me; Santa Cruz will be mass marketed through amazon around christmas, there is an amazon prime video service maybe they will do a section for VR, at the same time will be somehow integrated with facebook. If this becomes true then EVRH will truly reach those figures forecasted by Numis, Otherwise how the heck did they come up with those numbers???
The revenue made during those first 2 months were probably from us PIs trying out the device for ourselves. What are your thoughts on this?
House broker Numis is forecasting sales of £1.1mln this year and £24.4mln in 2018. The real inflection point comes in 2021 when it is forecasting revenue of almost £250mln and a maiden pre-tax profit of £9mln.
£1.1m this year
£24.40m in 2018
£250.00m in 2021
Can anyone clarify whether £1.1m this year is by December 2018 or what? because then they go on to say £24.40m in 2018 and we are already 2018???? I'm assuming they mean
£1.1m by Jan 2019
£24.0m by Jan 2020??
They very clear at all

Has anyone got the link or PDF for the recommendation/report for MelodyVr? So far Investec have written one up and so have Proactive Investors, of all the broker ratings i've seen over the years RBC Capital Markets, Numis, Investec, GS have been pretty sound.
Anyone bought a ticket to the conference yet? I'm thinking to
