GreenRoc Accelerates their World Class Project to Production as Early as 2028. Watch the full video here.
Hmmm interesting times. I am now sat on a healthy profit here but am wondering why the sharp (and most welcome) uplift in sp has "suddenly" appeared. The 2nd blackrock acquisition had been signposted many months ago. Methinks, perhaps there might just be a little bit more afoot!
Just grabbed yet another batch at 1.98p through HSBC, excellent. The story is sound we just need patience, and some!! These guys know what they are doing. Empathise (to a small extent) with day taders attempting to make a few quid in quick order, but that is not what this stock is about. I am content to sit here and wait for the multi bagger that it most definitely is. Reminds me so much of AMC another of my long term penny tiddlers, which has just taken off. Both have massive resource, but need to convince the investing community they can get it out of the ground profitably.
Looks like we're alone here Noodles. Agree with your sentiments but management must be equally peeved that sp remains depressed. I am comforted by regular dividend payments while we wait for the take out.
Utilico have recently (last three days) upped their stake by thick end of 3million shares, to take their voting rights to >26%. Serious business. What price the full take over bid. Remember Directors turned down a 67p per share offer in January last year, itself a >40% premium to current share price. It's just a matter of time.
Can you please explain to a non technical person (me) what you mean by "trials did not meet primary end point", are you intimating this is not good? the phrase means nothing to me and I need enlightening. I am a holder from 19p and do not wish to get too greedy, but my broker tells me there is more to go for here. And you last post HAS POSTED A SELL, what do you mean?
Some pi's sold out today after the meteoric early rise, but fascinating to see plenty of buyers between 50 -55p per share including single buyer of 200,000 shares at 54.69p just after 2pm. This is the largest trade placed for months. Who and why? That's £109,000 of someones cash. Fact.
Fantastic news. Companies cannot blatantly ramp their own shares on RNS announcements. They have to be factually accurate and correct. This is a bone fide report based on years of research and development to get to this point in time. All companies have a nirvana moment, Synairgen has had there's today. What happens from here on in may be more difficult to reasonably predict, but a 25% + hike in the sp seems reasonable given the tightness of the shares and the absolutely immense potential. Professional experts in their respective fields do not bandy about phrases like "possibly the most significant discovery in 20 years" lightly.
On boarded for the ride. Carried out the usual quantative/qualitative filters and am seriously struggling to see the downside. Can anyone enlighten me as to why buying these shares at 87p was not a good idea? PS I know nothing about property!!!
Hang on in there blad. This little volcano will erupt.................eventually. NAV is circa 70p+. This company will be taken out at around the 100p mark, I just don't know when, but at least in the interim we can comfort oursleves with the 4.0% yield. SP drop today linked to the last sale of 100 shs at 45p. really I ask you, what the hell is that all about. Selling 100 shares to raise £45. Someone needs to cover their weekly grocery bill
Lets get ready to rumble. CEO and FD have bought shares this week. If they don't know whats happening who does?
Acquired some synairgen four weeks ago at below 20p on the back of a tip without doing too much reasearch (since corrected that) but what happened on Friday? I can't see any reason for the spike, no rns, no sudden uptick in trading, no promise of riches, no suspicion of takeover. Any one any views?
It all stacks up nicely for a substantial windfall here.....eventually! NAV declared of 90p, offer for company rejected at 69p, regular dividend payer (yield c4%), single investor holding 22% of shares (Utilico Investments - check them out), favoured asset sector - alternative energy, hoped for b/e this year.................I could go on. Stock market volatility and general pull back in lower cap stocks appear to be holding us back. We probably need better volumes across markets to see this tick up near term, but the intrincic value IS THERE
Acquired at 19.6p yesterday. Ripped off by mm wide spread during yesterdays turbulent session, but if 27p was good enough for the Board of Directors at Junes placing price, sneaking under 20p now should be even better value. Were all shareholders entitled to take additional shares? How have others come on board? I was advised (privately) to take a look a few months back, took no action, but liked what the company were doing and monitored the price since. I thought the recent update at the time of the interims looked positive, and for better or worse I am now on board.
Looks like we are keeping this stock to ourselves! I like the fact that there are some heavy hitting institutional investors on board. They are the guys that the WIND Board need to keep happy. We are just hanging on to their shirt tails. This looks to be coming to the boil nicely with or without a takeout, which must eventually happen. WIND is a well managed company, with a sound business strategy, quickly moving into profitability, self financing, in a topical and popular asset sector.
Noodles - Agree, and while our patience is being tested we receive 3%+ on our money by way of div. Better than in the bank. Timing of presentation was interesting, it appeared to me as if REG was reaffirming why it rejected 67 pence and highlighting what price any other offer will need to be priced at.
So, the only question is.........when will investors wake up and move the share price closer to its NAV? 90p per share represents an 87% premium to where we currently are. No wonder the Board rejected outright the 67 pence per share offer earlier this year. Very succinct presentation, clearly the Board are as frustrated as us patient investors.
