- Buyer: Miracle Iron Holdings

- Deal Value: A$20.5 million for 100% interest

- Resource: ~9 Mt @ 62% Fe

They don’t need to JORC the additional explored find in advance of securing a JV. Still talking down your imaginary investment smiller - go figure 🤷🏻‍♂️

Don't forget it's given UFO the opportunity to 4.2x the estimated DSO resource at the same location. Can negotiate a far higher number now these extra exploratory estimates have come in.

Many companies use a JV to fund a DFS, especially in high-risk regions or with promising assets. In those cases (like hanc*ck), the DFS becomes a milestone within the JV rather than a requirement before it. Getting the JORC of the 8.4Mt was the big one.

Agree - the hanc*ck JV across the increased explored resource (35.4mT) is the primary catalyst to unlocking the rerate. This will be at the top of Chris' remit to sort.

Yup - i'm here for north of 1p as a minimum - they have more than enough assets to do it.

Shouldn't be forgotten that WCS (as of last night) have paused trading to undertake a raise for EH to further develop / explore the range. Given the JV arrangement, any penny spent here by WCS is free money for UFO up to mining. Continuing to reap the rewards of the free-ride.

B_Positive - Would love new hanc*ck JV news to issued soon. That's the catalyst for the major re-rate for sure.

Trading UFO is absolute madness - will barely make a bean with the size of the spread + risk missing out on the re-rate which will be significant (imo after the JV hanc*ck news lands - which could happen at any time now).

It'll move back up - just gotta stay chill like I mentioned earlier - most of those holding know that they're onto a winner. Fundamentals, company activities and impending newsflow are only improving. Grossly undervalued company. Buy sub 0.1p, hold and watch it rerate in the near future. Can see 1p+ once a JV agreement arrives for hanc*cks DSO.
