um yeah but i just made the point about bailing at 25p (before any discovery even needs to be made) if you can't stomach the risk of the drilling campaign - still almost 150% up from 11p.

and therein lies the (arguably) unnecessary risk of a trading only strategy. I do both fyi - and still have a large portion of my core holdings bought from 1.7p (now a fully-fledged free-ride) which I will hold for the next few years. It'll make more money in time than any trading i'll ever do.

Think we see things very differently. Biggest money is made over longer term investments buying at the lows (here from 1.6 to 2p). Quicker, albeit smaller sized-money is made over shorter durations only if you're good at timing it. Nothing to worry about from my perspective - any short term dip is a top up for the longer term. Next few years will see the value of BIDs significantly increase imo.

Should add - DM will be feeling the heat from last time so I imagine will be incredibly motivated to formalise a discovery - raises the odds for exploration success this time around.

oh helxy - don't you remember it jumped up from 1.6p to 5.7p off of the news that a partnership had been signed with Azerion, had guaranteed a minimum $30m advertising spend over the next 2 years & signed a multiple format advertising agreement covering the mobile portfolio of one of the world's leading AAA gaming companies including an arrangement that includes exclusivity for one of the publisher's biggest sporting franchises. hm FIFA perhaps?

Now settling around the 4p mark. So yeah not too shabby in the last 2 months i guess. Think this is likely to continue when further details are disclosed. No need for any additional cash just yet - possibly ever again if the revenues are up.

An investment in HE1 at this point to me feels like a no-brainer. It is a carbon-copy repeat of last year's rise from 7p to 28p, except this time, as well as being fully capitalised for their immediate exploration plans, they know so much more about the basin & wider area, are securing a bigger rig & are rumoured to have the backing of a major investor / hopefully soon to be partner from the ME further to DM's recent travels out there.

Whilst no investment is ever risk free, it feels to me like this is as good as it gets on AIM - at least to 25p - at which point you can even decided to bail with a circa 150% gain and not have to worry about 'discovering' any helium. Was saying the same at 7p (350% gain) but same still applies now.

hm something's a' brewin - should be a natural bounce from the 13p levels anyway.

mode card was one of the quiz questions - it's definitely an idea they're considering. as well as imitating binance they need to replicate / add their mode card onto the apple pay system so for day-to-day purchases you just hold your phone against a pay pad if they want it to take off.

ha that was exactly my feedback in the quiz - i said they should imitate binance, keeping it above board with respect to the UK regulators to expand their userbase. It'd be very popular - especially if they approached from a 'more secure' angle to attach those of an older demographic, with a lot of spare savings who are interested in crypto but haven't yet taken the plunge. Barriers to entry of crypto are still very high which puts those less in the know off. If mode could sell this dream it'd be one of the most popular apps on the app store.

hmm confidence definitely low - anyone do the mode questionnaire issued yesterday? Very interesting items brought up for users of the app - possibilities to turn this into a hybrid trading, payments & cash storage facility for users including commodities, crypto & shares. Hopefully they're looking to branching out into these other lucrative avenues to bump up the number of users of the app & frequency of use.

Really do need a formal business update asap.

why bother posting here if you're not a supporter of UFO? never understood the counter-intuitive behaviour of supposed holders. Maybe it's because I'm not an a-hole. man I love this share - as last year, it's a risk free ride until at least 25p (ignoring the rumours of any potential ME partner) - at which point, if you have the faith in DM & the team that they will strike helium you can hold on for the huge gains. If you don't then you can exit in the mid-20s with minimal risk whatsoever! All to play for here.
