Love how those decrying BIDS still can't get enough of posting about them - something's got all their knickers in a spin. Probably because they're terrified one day in the near future it'll sky-rocket and they'll be left on the side-lines again... o dear. (Except for Gridz & helx 1 because they obviously still hold their original amounts from the 30p days! Fans for life.)

BIDS aren’t that far behind admix in terms of both revenue & games. Undervalued for sure.

no one's worried about a placing you dope! companies need capital to invest & develop until they reach that turning point where they become self-sustainable. It's such early days at BIDS but with revenues of £8.8m & £25m projected for 2022 & 2023 they're getting closer to the exponential growth they seek & to not needing much more funding.

Also - a raise does not automatically mean a dilution - alternative methods also exist.

Admix are now valued at $300m having raised more cash than BIDS to date... do the maths here.

I would expect an update to land before Q3 starts - so let's say by next Friday the 1st.

If it doesn't land, I won't be bricking it / selling any - no news is good news - DM will know that any back-track on promised plans for 2022 will definitely set back the business. I'm 99% confident the drill plan will take place in Q3 2022. Reckon he's just getting all his ducks lined up in a row to announce in one sitting.

'Spat' indeed Gridz - if you actually read my earlier message you'll have seen that I've not moved from my 5x estimate where BIDS currently sit. They are by any stretch, significantly undervalued - it's why you're still holding onto all your shares pal. Anyway - filter back on - can't be wasting too much of my time with dopey investors like you.

i'll temporarily de-filter you for this particular spat. I'm not surprised given the amount you derise your own investment in BIDS (still holding I guess) that you are one-sidedly challenging the rationale that Admix is worth more than Landvault. From reading up on Landvault this morning they don't generate revenue at this point in time, what they do do is flesh out space 'in the metaverse' which Admix will now seek to monetise. At this juncture, I would wager Admix are bringing a lot more to the table to make the joint company a success. Either way, the new 'entity' (run entirely by Admix employees + led by the Admix CEO) are valued at $300m. 10x more than BIDS are currently worth. I was cautious before about placing BIDS at 50% of the old Admix's value. I think it's closer to 2/3rds and at say 80% of the $300m this woud give a value to BIDS of approximately £129m = so still 5x of the current value.

Anyone else have any rationalised views here?

of the split between Admix & Landvault - Admix must be over 80% of the $300m value.

Landvault only started up last year & are developing infrastructure within the metaverse (space of which Amix will use to monetise).

possibly - MODE moves on fumes - I picked up the 60k yesterday - will be holding for a fair bit longer haha nobody seems to have any patience anymore. Would like to get up to 250k-300k shares if possible but will only be doing that sub 10p & when some more cash becomes available.

So here's a topic to discuss - if Admix has been valued at $300m what do we think the true value of Bidstack is - i'm going to list a few stats & convert all monetary values to to £££:

Employees: A: 100+ / B: 70+
2021 Turnover: A: £4.5m (based on crunchbase value) / B: £2.3m
2022 Turnover Projections: A: ?? / B: £8.8m
2023 Turnover Projections: A: ?? / B: £25m
Games: A: 300+ / B: 100+
Total Cash Raised to date: A: £44.6m / B: £27m

Both companies broadly do the same thing - my take is the gap shouldn't be anywhere near as it is currently. Bidstack should be valued at least 50% of Admix's value - so £123m or x5 more than the current share price (so 13.5p).

There's an absolute bargain sitting here imo.

Gees enough with the fear-mongering already - no news is good news - a little bit more patience and we’ll have the update / detailed plans for Q3 - you know the drill plan that is definitely happening in Q3 2022 further to the previous updates. The good news is right around the corner. Easy money if you’re holding :D

mode isn't intrinsically tied to the value of bitcoin. It's the level of interest in the currency (& therefore users of the mode payments system) that will impact the value of the business. Low bitcoin value is arguably good for mode in the sense that more sats are gained by users for paying through mode - i.e. it incentivises others to purchase because they'll get more bang for their buck in the long run.

When user numbers / revenue generated here are released (providing they're neutral to good) the share price will shoot up. They don't need to be amazing, they just need to show reasonable growth that the app is being used.

Providing you're not helx 1 or Gridz & have created a new account - Please do some googling / reading up on both companies for a few an hour or so & come back with what you find. It'll be better for your understanding than to listen to posters on here in the long run.

There will be pros & cons to both companies - main point is that they're both similar in operation & are within a sector that has huge growth potential - so much so that one has just been purchased for $300m.
