I think it was smart to sell immediately after the results last year - wait for it to come right back to a base level & go again for 2022. Holding on was not the right call.

The Company has contacted an international drilling rig survey and inspection company to undertake a detailed audit of the proposed rig and its ancillary equipment on location in East Africa. Further details, including the scope of the drilling program, will be provided once the audit is complete and the contract has been signed."

The drill is happening earliest Q3 / Q4 - an update will be provided when the contract is signed - note, the heads of terms are already likely to be agreed, engrossment of a contract can take a little longer. Either way, the Q3 period only starts tomorrow & this update was received only circa 6 weeks ago. Suddenly you seem to think because you haven't heard anything it's game over for 2022...

Re cash they had circa $10m in the bank at the start of the year. Admin expenses aren't comparatively high at this company ($1.8m Jul-Dec 21). The main expense will be on a rig + team for drilling. So if further to your opinion that they won't get a drill underway this year - this money would just roll over to 2023. Not sure what your issue is with cash?

Licencing won't be an issue at all. The country needs it, Helium One are doing it & will be on site at the time you are not intimating licences are up lol.

I guess if you are still invested you do have some lot of sense as you'll be able to exist when the pre-drill news is announced this time around.

1. Until DM has fleshed out the full detail of the plan (including rig type / costs / start date / location etc) he doesn't want to unnecessarily update the market in bit-parts. If I were in charge, I'd behave the same - not a fan of a CEO who panders to shareholders' whims & fickle needs - get on with developing / finalising the plan.

2. Q3 is a three month period starting from 01 July-22 & ending on 30 Sep-22. He doesn't have to announce anything in Q2 if he doesn't want to - also, who know when in Q3 this is happening - if it's towards the back end he has more time before any announcement is needed.

3. DM is on record stating that a Q3 campaign is happening. I suggest you get off his back, show a little more patience / little less nerves & wait for the impending update.

All I spotted was the sheepish & uncertain tone permeating from your recent posts so I called it out. I have a dislike of weak-sounding investors. For all I know you might not be invested here at all (aka Muscles + lame backstory).

Is it just me or does every post on this board attempt to induce a panic as to ARB's present situation?

If they diluted & sold their holding + spent all the cash they have in hand they'd cover themselves for $65m currently. Are their immediate liabilities more than this sum?

ARB feels about as binary a play as it can get. Bitcoin price goes up - ARB goes up. Bitcoin price goes down - ARB goes down. Number of buys grossly exceeding number of sells today. I've picked up an opening holding of 50k today - will keep adding sub 40p.

must admit - I agree - frustrating not to have a full set of numbers too, just snippets. The present value in MODE is the FCA licence - cash burn must be through the roof. I've backed out this morning but will keep an eye on MODE and follow the story. Full transparency over the cash situation is a must. I don't deny that this company is operating in a new & innovative space and (like with most AIM companies) has a lot of potential, but in terms of a functioning business it's presenting too much of a short & medium term risk. Good luck to all in whatever decisions you decide to make.

probably because they use scattergun tactics without specifics to spread the FUD... Only the weak hands / easily influenced are fooled. Am sure they're all really enjoying this bounce-back since most of them are investors in BIDS.

guess dragon's den comparisons are all they've got to use now...- one of the questionable areas on the revenue was side was answered in that interview re any split of the $30m spend with Azerion. This was one of Gridz's angles as to why the revenue numbers couldn't be trusted. Now been disproved.

Re 'cash' they've got enough for the year (£7.1m) but if more is needed to buffer the business until the profitability wheels really start turning a loan is a viable & practical solution to cover and would avoid any unnecessary dilution to shareholders. I'm sure it's something they are considering.

Lol the circle is squared by achieving the estimated £25m revenues in 2023 and then continuing to exponentially grow in future years - further to the same Cenkos broker note lol - you’re literally floundering at this point! There’s nothing else in your locker! Too funny

Um well he explains the % range in the video if you bothered to watch it lol - you’re full of huff and puff and not enough substantiation - in panic mode and it’s embarrassing to read. I’ve just done the calc for you - the wheels of BIDS are turning towards profit - 2022 is a transformational year & 2023 will see the first real profit. Given the projected rate of revenue increase they’ll never look back - and you won’t be riding the wave up. Shame given you post here enough haha

Ah - needed to add in the cos from the increased revenues - less circa 5m from the cash figure at the end… but point is, the tanker is turning towards profitability. 2023 should see the profit & end of any further raises.

Two key things were clarified in that video:
1. £9m azerion contract revenue will be received for 2022.
2. The $30m azerion revenue is post azerion fees - ie is only split between BIDS and the game owner.

Re cash, they had £7.1m in the bank at the start of 22. if based on 2021 figures (& averaged across a year) they’re burning £6.2m after taking in £2.3m in revenue then after let’s say £11.3m revenue & providing costs are the same they would technically have £9.9m in the bank by the end of the year. The following year £25m is projected.

Small cash buffer may be needed to cover middle months of 2022 as revenues are still H2 weighted. With this amount of revenue they will be able to get a private loan for 10-20% payable over 2-3 years. Would be better than James diluting his own 30m+ holding and would incentivise existing holders to further pile in. They are very much on the up - much better place to be than 3+ years ago which I guess is where a lot of the bitterness / jealousy comes from. Can still make amends if you open your eyes - Don’t miss this boat.

The recent draper interview really is a great listen. £9m confirmed revenue this year from the azerion deal - none of which goes back to azerion. Following year will see the remainder of the $30m contract. Very interesting that the revenue split with games is between 20% & 60%. EA is the publisher - although because of an NDA it can’t be officially announced. I’m guessing Madden is the game given he said it was North American based… A number of addition revenue streams coming online at the start of H2 2022.

Then, 2023 is set to see an enormous increase in revenues. No wonder someone bought 1.7m in two buys last week… Confidence is up - price won’t be at current lows for long. Of the 14 competitors BIDs are the only ones in the good books & licences to advertise for AAA publishers. BIDS will 10x from here over the next 1-2 years. Admix moving from games to metaverse but now worth $300m vs BIDS at circa $30m.

Too much good stuff going on - don’t listen to the morons / derampers deliberately being downbeat in this board to get you to sell, listen to the CEO of the company explaining where BIDS are and where they’re going.

Well said Shakey - not surprising the brain power doesn’t exist for Gridz to compute the difference between a fake account vs a parody account. Either way, he’s still posting about BIDS - a share he supposedly holds, which by virtue must mean he thinks it will do well in the long run.

Haha I made an earlier post targeting 1% of the market - still would make bids worth £200m! Not too shabby! I think they’re well ahead here with the steps they’ve made to date. It’s also why there are a queue of non-holder / fake-holders continually posting here to influence the bids share price & keep the shares cheap so they can get in on the cheap. (Gridz / helx 1 / alderbore / roley / chancers etc).
There is literally no other reason people would constantly post on a share board in a negative fashion. Easy peasy to join the dots - keep on adding and patience will be rewarded. Happy weekend to all genuine holders.
