RE: Think9 Sep 2022 11:11
'As at 31 December 2021, the Company had cash balances totaling $9.7 million leaving Helium One well financed to deliver the planned Phase Two (2022) exploration programme.' Why would they bother raising at (almost) all time lows when they have enough cash in the bank & could get any future raises off (supporting later phases of exploration / drilling) after a formal discovery?
ITV's reminded me of the potential JV discussions that could be happening behind the scenes. Anyone remember DM's cryptic message when he went on a business trip to the ME towards the start of this year? Could perhaps be an explanation for more sensitivity & caution around news updates.
