There should be a lot of news before 11/2018. The ideal is that there is really good news that takes the price well beyond the exercise price. What we don't want is a price that is just enough above the exercise price to make it worthwhile exercising the warrants but not high enough to give us the super-normal profits we are expecting.

Ideally, the November warrants are not exercised as well.

I don't know but I suspect that the planning has been complicated by the new Stockdale wells.

They need the utility cooperative to arrange to physically hook them up, put the generator and other kit in place and then do the actual perforation.

If we perforate before everything else is ready we will have to close the well in till they are, we means that we would lose the oil production.

Everyone assumes that the US is like the Wild West but just like we have here, everything is paperwork. If they can't get hooked up for a few months then there is no point in perforating the Escondido. I expect the next update will clarify things.

My view is that Steelmin is doing okay and will look to refinance October time. This will allow them to replace the current expensive debit with cheaper debt and at the same time will look to debt finance the second phase. I say October because then it will have three months of positive EBITDA and it takes a while to sort the banking out.

I think we are close on DRC and Migori. How close, I have no idea but see below. This is from one of the guys on the other side of the DRC deal.

Ideally, we want no good news before the 22/08 so that the August 2018 warrants lapse unexercised.

Lets see where we are at the end of September.

I understand that it is under 1% of RGM.

If you understand anything at all, you would understand that the "ramp squad" (active, newly arrived investors with substantial funds at risk) will perfectly happy with the price where it is.

At this price the August 2018 warrants will not get exercised and therefore there will be less dilution.

Ors, SIPPs are merely tax-deferred.

Angus has the planning permission for Brockham. Alba has stake in Brockham. RGM has a stake in Alba and RRR has a stake in RGM. I hope that is not too complicated for the trolls. Bottom line, RGM should go up and RRR's stake should be worth a bit more.

I don't really see how Align Research can do a substantive update without further and better information from the company. So if Align say that they are going to do an update shortly, it should mean that the company will updating the market as a whole.
