Peel have jumped on to the bid for no apparent reason: could it be they are short and news is incoming or it could be they have an order and can't fill it.

Interesting either way. 9.09% spread on LSE. On IG 0.5925p to buy and 0.5510p to sell. Looks the seller is not active at the moment. Last few days you could quoted up to £20,000 at the offer price no problem. This price is for £1,000.

I wouldn't be surprised if we are getting a premium on our Austin oil. We used to get a premium on our gas at ZR. The oil price environment in the US is getting more complicated. Remember that Louisiana Light Sweet used to sell for a premium to WTI.

Refineries are very senstive to the oil that is throughput. They need to blend the oil to get the outputs that they want. With ligher oil you don't get the diesel and asphaltenes. Also if the blend isn't right the refinery doesn't run efficiently.

Looks like the Benin farm-in is still a goer; from the UOG AR.

RRR has around 5% of Elephant Oil.

Looks like he has sold another 7.5 mil shares. He will soon be out at this rate.

It seems Mr Winnifroth has been waxing lyrical about RRR again: article on 26th May.

TR1 as expected, we are no due one for the other side.

Those were the negotiated trades going through last week at the mid-price; 0.55p.

There has been a buyer after shares for about four weeks. When I had a bid in the market at 0.535p, someone else was bidding at 0.51p. So it looks like whoever it is has been willing to follow the price up.

Three questions now:

1. Has AB got some news for us?
2. Is PG done selling?
3. Has the new buyer done buying?
