A few points:

He is saying that cashflow has been addressed
They are looking at development opportunities on the existing assets rather than just workovers
They are looking at new assets
News should be out shortly on something
PQE is there or theres about.

If I could have written a plan for a broadcast that would been just about it. Currently he spends two weeks a month in the UK and two weeks a month in the US. He is just back from the US, I suspect he has more contracts to announce.

Superb from Thom Board. So for all of those of you worried about CW, TB has indirectly addressed them. He is obviously a competent individual.

TB has plenty on his plate. He doesn't need more rubbish to deal with. Currently he is dealing with our workovers, dealing with existing service contracts, negotiating new service contracts, looking for operatorship deals, review our forward plan, dealing with the CPR guys, looking at other potential deals and reporting back. Do we really want him dealing with the boring compliance and admin stuff or generating value?

My view is that he just needs to concentrate on what he is doing and not get distracted with other stuff that needs doing but doesn't generate value.

As I have said the company is run by a team of PA, TB and CW with support from the rest of the board and NW.

PS we still need a resolution for Forrest Hill.

me and CW are not mates. I know him through Mayan/Attis. I have met him, I think 6 times including two AGMs, purely to do with Mayan/Attis. The first time I met him was, I think November 2017. I met him with David Kahn and Eddie Gonzales. I don't know his wife's name or his children's names and I am really not interested in that type of stuff.

This is business pure and simple. As I have said, last year there were people around this company who wanted to nick the company for free and offered me a lot of money to vote their way. I turned it down and lodged a Bribery Act report with my Compliance Director and a copy supplied to the company with a full data file to back it up.

Since then, there has been continued activity from people trying to nick the company, nick its assets and play games. I am not going to put stuff in the public domain that is not already there nor am I going to open myself up to accusations of libel or defamation.

We are nearly there. As I have said multiple times, it is down to what the company does next. I am not part of the decision-making process but I have made my point vigorously: whether that carries any weight, I don't know.

We are very nearly a proper company. A few more services contracts, squeeze a bit more production out of the assets and then look to take a big step forward off the back of the reserves report, the update and the forward plan. Instead of bothering me, the trolls should be talking to the ex-Attis shareholders. As long as the former Attis shareholders are happy with CW he will be staying in place.

Indeed but to be fair the track record over the last three years hasn't been great.

Looks like we might be about to move up. 0.15p on the offer will look better.

As with all these things, DYOR. My view is that you wait till UKOG has done its Kimmeridge horizontal well.

It happens more often than people think. QEM dropped 32% overnight on ASX. I can't see any reason for it. They will need to raise money at some point to fund a plant from PQE but on ASX they normally suspend and then raise. It has moved a lot over the last week and so it may just be people taking profit.

I3 is not a bad bet. I have looked at it several times over the last couple of years. The big upside is the Weald Basin acreage. Over the next year that should become something very valuable. The Brockham mess hasn't helped them but by the Spring UKOG should have drilled its first Kimmeridge horizontal at Horsehill and it will further prove up the Kimmeridge. I don't hold any.

And it has just been pointed out to me that NV has started moving up strongly. Was $2.10 now $2.70. Mostly straight to the bottom line.

Don't forget we get a premium on the Austin production; so we should be getting around $63.

Another piece falls into place.

Well there is not much to be said on AOGL till they get the next bit of news out. PQE is critical to AOGL. If they can get out between US$1.00 and $3.00 in due course, the company is recapitalised and the board has much more flexibility about what to do next and when. Don't forget AOGL has the PQE warrants too.
