I am and I have in the past bought in the market. It is Christmas now. I have other stuff to fund and I have just given AB money for ALR. I get deals on my desk all day long, practically everyday. Once Christmas is out of the way, it will be time to reconsider; particularly if ALR is looking good and the SP hasn't moved but I have of direct and indirect exposure to RRR. I have a chunk of EOC, a chunk of ALR and a chunk of BK alongside the shares, warrants and CLN in RRR. No matter what I or you think, one should never over commit to one stock.

Anyway on balance things are looking pretty good but as usual everything takes longer that we think it should.

I was pretty down on the RRAL gig but the 3D model shows that they might have something half decent at Berringa. I still think he should have exited when he had the chance but it might turn out quite good.

All well deepening not new drills equals lower risk and lower costs. $100k for 45bopd is cheap., very cheap. That is $2.22 per flowing barrel: in the US the going price is $30k per flowing barrel. This will move a large resource up to PUD at minimal cost. The bigger rig can do do the higher impact work whilst the smaller rig can do this work: it is additive not instead of.

All about marginality. Basically they have proved up free money. It would be better at 100bopd but 45bopd is decent for $100k: adding two of those a month is good business.

I am told there is a ready market for 2% output and that it is Chinese traders who take it. If they don't take it up to 4.5% or above it can't be exported, so that is what happens. The export goes via South Africa where there is an offtaker market. After that I don't know and not really relevant. The amount to be made in the 4.5% export market is more than enough.

Every time we go up a step in the food chain it becomes mores complex and expensive. I don't see that we would go beyond the 4.5% export market.

The key is the Zim rules: you can't export below 4.5%.

The standard for the local offtaker market is 2%.

To beneficiate to 4.5% flotation tanks are needed. Not complicated just some CAPEX needed
